Terrible experience. Rudy did not show up twice for work times he scheduled. When I texted him after he missed the first appointment, he said he got sidetracked and asked if we could do another day. On the next scheduled day when he did not show up I texted again. Rudy said he overslept and asked to schedule for the next day. Rudy did not appear to understand that he caused us a lot of inconvenience and wasted time. He also left us with an nonfunctional oven.

Rudy came over to install an outdoor lighting transformer. He charged for time and materials. His installation did not work. He came back once and did not fix it. He would not text or phone me back. I would not recommend him to anyone. I still had to pay again for another electrician to get the system working.

Rudy was getting new tires when I called and wouldn't be available for a while. A circuit in my bedroom had blown when a carpenter plugged his radial saw into an outlet while doing some work for me. Rudy spent 10 minutes talking to me about the trouble and gave me suggestions about how to fix it. I tried them and he was spot on! He said he was helping me as goodwill. Well, it sure was and greatly appreciated. I'll certainly call him again. I hope this review helps him get more new customers.
