He was right on time for the appointment, made us feel very comfortable having him in our home, and did exactly what we needed to have done. His prices are very fair. Although our job was small, he treated it with the importance of a large job. Great experience. As a young woman, it is always a little nerve wracking having someone come fix stuff in your house but Ryan made this ZERO of an issue.

I had been seeing a guest out and finishing conversation and he waited patiently as I wrapped things up, which was really nice. He was thorough in assessing the problems I had (yea.....plural, its been a while since i had someone come out) and fixed everything without even blinking. He was curteous of the pets I had in my home as well as making sure items were back to their original places. He also didn't make me feel like an idiot when there were some obvious changes I needed to make. Woohoo!
