Prior to that, I had interviewed 6 other solar companies and I was becoming discouraged because more than one of them were outright deceptive or dishonest.
I made it clear from the start that we wanted to own the system and have our monthly PGE bill almost eliminated. Rick spent a lot of time with me and my husband, explaining the details of the system, the chosen product, the total cost, and answering our every question. Rick is such a great guy that we both felt we could trust him to take care of the installation completely! He took care of the solar application with our HOA and the Energy Company.
In the end, everything went smoothly, Rick delivered on all his promises, continues to offer support, and calls us back promptly whenever we have any new questions. We remain thoroughly happy with the results and best of all, our PGE bill has been minimized! We feel blessed to have found him!
