Since childhood in Texas, Matt realized he had a knack for building things. Although he initially envisioned a different career path, Matt found his way back to his first love, construction. Matt started as a handyman, equipped with a tool belt, crafting cabinets and laying flooring. As he gained experience, he moved into kitchen and bathroom remodels, which opened the door to additions and custom homes.

Those early experiences provided him with the knowledge he now imparts to his clients. With the encouragement of his supportive wife, whose love has been vital to RSFM's success, Matt took a bold step and founded RSFM Inc.
