Growing up in Texas, Matt discovered his love for building at a young age. Although he initially envisioned a different career path, Matt found his way back to his first love, construction. Matt started as a handyman, equipped with a tool belt, crafting cabinets and laying flooring. Over the years, he progressed to kitchen and bathroom renovations, eventually tackling additions and custom homes.

Those formative years equipped him with the expertise he now shares with his clients. With the encouragement of his supportive wife, whose love has been vital to RSFM's success, Matt took a bold step and founded RSFM Inc.
