If I could give less than 1 Star I would. I called to have someone come to my house to fix a hallway light and few more ceiling lights (recess) that have been blinking and just need to be looked at and fixed. I was told I would get a call back and never got a response. It's been over a week and still nothing. It seemed like the guy didn't even care to come to my house or even do the work. I understand it may be a ""small"" job but then just send one guy to do the work. I'm not looking to get a discount or not pay whatever I need to pay. I just need these lights fixed and I figured why not call an electrician. Looks like I have to find someone else. Thanks for nothing guys.

Every once in awhile you run across a service man who is almost too good to be true. Well, this is the case with Ray and RS Electric. After reading other positive Yelp reviews, we figured we'd give him a call and fortunately, he was available.

He's just finished installing new electrical outlets, a new ceiling fan (high beamed great room) and remotes on existing ceiling fans, not to mention several other electrical chores which yours truly has gotten too old and fragile to do himself.

Not only is Ray good at what he does but he's prompt, courteous, friendly and what may be of importance to many of you, more than fair in his pricing. There's no hidden surprises in the final bill. I only wish I'd known about him 10 years ago when first moving to Orange County.

Ray installed a new 240v electrical circuit. My experience with Ray was good throughout. He was punctual, professional and easy to communicate with. He did a good job with the installation. The conduit and breaker box were installed very neatly and securely. His price was reasonable. I would definitely hire him again for electrical work.

Ray did an outstanding job running new electric in my bathroom and installing a new light fixture in a place I didn't have one before. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and safely, which took more work than he originally thought but didn't change the price.

I called him back because after he left, my bathroom fan didn't work. He came back and I am embarrassed to say, I had just forgot which switch it was on. I can't believe I was so stupid. What a waste of his time. So I offered him $20 - a little token for his troubles. He wouldn't take it and he certainly deserved it, and he was so pleasant about it all.

He was easy to communicate with - always quickly returning calls. Just an all around dependable and honest guy who does great work! I will certainly use him again. I found him through yelp so thought I would add to the reviews.
