Terrible experience! Super unprofessional. Esther, the service manager, scheduled my job with an arrival time of 7:00-8:00 a.m. on a weekday. By 8:15 no one had arrived at my home, so, I called the RRE office and spoke with Esther, again. She said that she had just been about to call me :-\, that the electrician that was supposed to perform my electrical work had been called out on an emergency. It would have been nice to have been informed of that. This was a weekday/workday appointment and my schedule for the entire day was thrown off. I asked if anyone would be coming at all on that day. Esther assured me, yes, absolutely. Ron arrived at my house at 11:30 a.m. My office assistant greeted him and showed him the work. I arrived home at 12:30, one hour later, and Ron had not completed the installation of even one light fixture. I called the RRE office, again, and Matt answered. I asked Matt if I could speak with one of the owners. Matt told me that he was not an owner, but that one was sitting right next to him and that he would transfer the call. Apparently, the owner did not want to speak with me or deal with the problem--even though I was being very calm and polite--because I was transferred to Esther again. I told her that I was very unhappy, that I own and operate a property management company and that, in an entire hour, not one light fixture had been installed to completion. I also told her that I did not believe the emergency excuse, that I was so dissatisfied that I was ready to send their electrician away unless they were going to discount the job and talk to Ron about working at a profession pace, since I was being billed by the hour. I also spoke with Ron, who was in my home at the time, and learned that I had, in fact, been lied to by Esther. There was no emergency. The truth from Ron: He simply could not make it to his last appointment the previous day and it got bumped to my spot in the morning. Esther called shortly after I learned that and told me that she would pull Ron from my job. I told her that I refused to pay for the hour that Ron wasted in my home. Esther gave me an original quote of $138.00/hour for the first hour with a $30.00 coupon that would have brought the first hour down to $108.00 and $98.00 for each hour thereafter. I received a bill shortly after Ron left for a truck fee, fuel fee and hourly rate totaling fee of $206.00.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They are very good at communicating and updating you every step of the way. Price is fair and quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Roseville Rocklin Electric did all our electrical work for our commercial building in Auburn, CA. The owner, Kevin, is a very personable guy and sticks to his word. The job got done quickly, all the guys on the job were really professional, and no problems since! Honest company. Katie Matson

The worst service I've ever had. All they do is come in and take their sweet time to do the job while taking a bunch of brakes and if you're not careful and note their time down.. they'll charge you for all of it including the lunch that they take and their excuse is that the truck has a gps so it calculates time from the second the employee gets there not by starting the job.. horrible company! Horrible business model!! Not accommodating at all. I would recommend go anywhere else but with them

Easy to schedule service. Electrician arrived early, quoted a fair price, and finished before schedule. Project was limited, installing junction boxes and wiring them to the breaker panel. Ask for Fred.

I had a small job, but it could have been bigger. The technician was honest enough to tell me I didn't need a couple things. He could have easily made more money off me, and I wouldn't have been the wiser, because, what do I know about electricity?
I highly recommend these folks!

Outstanding service and professionalism! Super knowledgeable with an ""I can do"" attitude. Codes and focus on safety top priority!

These professionals do excellent work. Arrived on time and performed a variety of electrical repairs/tasks at a reasonable price.
Will definitely call on them again.

These guys are a true class act operation. They responded quickly to my inquiry and reviewed the photos I sent them of the job. They quickly set up an appointment for me and Ron was the electrician that came out. He was on time, professional and very nice. He took care of my electrical issue quickly and did a great job. I could not be happier with these guys and will definitely use them again if needed.

It's too bad I couldn't hire Roseville Rocklin Electric to rewire my entire house since I refuse to pay a contractor $145 just to come out and quote the job. Thank goodness for other contractors that know what good customer service means. And to the person that replied to my inquiry, someone needs to teach her how to use grammar check before sending a reply.
