We had a Hi/Low voltage issue in our house, and after calling several electricians over the weekend without a response, i found Roseville Rocklin Electric on the internet. I explained my problem over the phone to Pat at approximately 2:30 pm. She stated John would call me back shortly. Within 30 minutes John called back, and after discussing our issue and letting him know that half of our house was without power, he asked for our address. He arrived roughly 25 minutes later, and started working on our electrical box. After checking all voltages, he then flipped all breakers on. After seeing we were experiencing 240 volts through the wall outlets, he immediately started looking for a ""loose common"" in the box. He located the arced and loose wire, reconnected it, and turned everything back on. He then cleaned all of our breakers and busses, and closed the box.

John was not only quick and knowledgeable, but very professional and courteous. He fixed a problem in less than 30 minutes other electricians had no idea where to start. To top it off, he charged for only a service call, which was nearly half of what the others wanted just to come out!

Roseville Rocklin Electric and John and Pat Shook will be recommended to all my friends and their number is in my phone for any future electrical issues!

A circuit breaker blew after dark on Christmas Eve. It extinguished all of the exterior lights and decorations my wife had so lovingly planned and orchestrated. Thank God for John!

He came out, replaced the blown circuit breaker and cleaned the buss. He brought life back to what in an instant had become a dreary exterior to our home. Otherwise, we would have waited until the day after Christmas for our decorations to illuminate again. Considering that it was an emergency call during the evening on Christmas Eve, the bill was extremely reasonable. I'm sure that John is a great electrician. He is also a wonderful human being.

We recently moved to a new home and discovered that our dryer cord did not match the outlet in the laundry room. I called Roseville Rocklin Electric on a Saturday morning, expecting to leave a message, but someone answered and was very courteous and helpful. We scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. The electrician arrived on time and completed the job smoothly. There was a 1 hour minimum charge which was $120 for an electrician plus helper.

We thought our refrigerator was broken, & two refrigerator repair places agreed (sort of). Turned out it was an electrical problem. John, from Roseville Rocklin Electric wasn't here 10 minutes when he figured out the problem, and within another 5 minutes, he fixed it!. Not everyone will have a problem as simple as ours was (at least simple to the electrician at Roseville Rocklin) but I would recommend this business for any & all such problems. Not only are they responsive, these guys are good!

Good Service. Just a company that charges 95 an hour standard only accepts CHECKS is crap sorry. There worried about the exspence of a credit card maching is beyond cheap with todays technology. And to top it off yelp even says they accept major credit cards. Get on the ball people your hurting your own business with being CHEAP and false information on your yelp page. WAKE UP
