I called RRE on a Monday needing someone to come out as soon as possible to look at and fix an electrical issue we had pop up in the kitchen, leaving us no power to the fridge or stove/oven. The soonest available appointment was Wednesday afternoon, so after checking a few other places, I called back as this was the soonest one I could find.

I wasn't at the home when the technician, Ron, came out, but my boyfriend (the owner of the home) was. He had great things to say - Ron was quick, efficient and the problem was fixed pretty quickly! Overall, the price was fair and we were on our merry way.

Only reason for 4 stars is that they only accept cash, or, you can pay by CC over the phone, but they charge a fee. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time by the scheduler/dispatcher. We happened to have cash, so it was fine, but I'd suggest letting the customers know this when booking the appointment so they are prepared, as a lot of companies do not charge extra fees for CC processing these days.

I'd recommend RRE and will likely call them again with any issues that might come up. Thanks!

Excellent customer service! Great company and fair prices. Morgan, Admin Asst, worked with my schedule to select a day for installation. There were some delays on my part and it was no problem for them. She is great for follow-up. Contractor did a great job of removing old bathroom vanity light fixtures and installing new ones (I provided new ones.) I highly recommend this company!
