Responded to an urgent issue quickly. They shared a plan and arrived exactly when we needed them. Had a double oven delivered and installer couldn't put it in because apparently the 220v outlet wasn't in the right location per the installation manual. The installer left and R&R came the next morning, moved the outlet perfectly, then installed the double oven flush in the cabinet!!! Incredible communication and fantastic work!!

Top notch communication. Got everything I needed done and timely too. Had a lot of workers in my yard at first but after I expressed that the amount of people made my dog and I uncomfortable they were more than understanding about it. Already negotiating my next project with the owner directly.

Definitely the most down to earth company I've ever worked with. I was able to meet Rholene, the owner and he came up with a lot of possible solutions for the services that I needed. The variety and options were a very nice touch. Also, In a world where everything's so automated nowadays it was a very refreshing surprise to actually have him come down himself to give my wife and I a consultation considering they service San Diego to Ventura and everywhere in between. He even checked in on us periodically in person while his team was at work and inspected every phase of our project himself and played a big part in doing the actual work too. They also did a very good job in keeping the transparency for every question and concern we had at every part of the process. It's clear to me that they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and always put people first. I'm definitely keeping them on retention for our future projects. Highly recommended!
