Update on review: after speaking with them multiple times, I finally got to reschedule a technician to come and remove the surge protector the previous guys had installed, and cancel the charge entirely. The first guys were very inexperienced however nice they were. I'm glad I talked to this new technician, and he gave me his direct line to call in case of any future issues.

Artin was fantastic! He was on time, very efficient and friendly. He cleaned everything up when he was done. He is knowledgable and everything went well. I am very pleased with my service. My dog adored him!

I asked for a bid to fix a few outlets and light fixtures thinking oh, maybe $500. It was $500. A month, for 120 months. The total bid was $58,000. Apparently my house was going to blow up due to bad, old wiring and I needed a complete over haul soon, immediately, danger of explosion. Total rewiring job with gold wires at $58 per sq/ft. I'm a single woman- I said would you have honestly given this outrageous bid to a man? And pulling the correct permits? As opposed to the incorrect ones? And as an added perk, they wouldn't charge me interest if I paid cash upfront. Yeah, I'll get right on that.

My AC died last Thursday - they came out and evaluated the system and did a temporary fix on my 22+ year old system. I decided to purchase a new HVAC system and they were to completely remove old unit and install new the NEXT day! Fast, professional and I think they cleaned up the house afterwards better than it was at onset. Unit is installed and happily cooling me in this heat wave.

I called RR Electric today to ask them to please have tech stop by. Although someone had just services my AC a week ago. I explained that a home inspection had been done and there was a concern about the AC. Jason Patison stopped over a few hours after my call and listed patiently as I explained the concerns that were listed on the inspectors report. He went through each concern and showed that the AC was in top operating conditioning, took pictures and provided me with a written report. Thank you for the attention to detail and patience.

Our A/C unit had been having problems, so I got a recommendation from a friend who had experience with RR. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable of the problem and gave us choices that we could try to keep our unit running ( but we knew it wouldn't last ) or purchase a new one. We decided on the new one. They gave us a good deal and found they only use American companies and American made parts and has a warranty of 20 yrs.
They also have a great service contract that not only covers the A/C-heater units, but also some of the electrical in the house. Their work is guaranteed and they make sure everything is working right . Everything also gets inspected and signed off ( which we're still waiting for). Jason came back the next day to finish up and add Freon. Everyone was very nice, clean and considerate.

Andrew contacted me through a private message to earn my business back. I wasn't going to ever deal with them again, after my last experience. He was persistent in a good way. I needed. Couple junction boxes installed in the garage. Chris came out today with Armando. He explained the different option/prices. I went with the most affordable option. I now don't have an extension cord running across snd down my rafters. They did a nice job snd showed me everything worked before they left. They were friendly snd finished everything In 3.5 hours. I am glad Andrew convinced me to give them. Chance to make things right!
