Liked that they were persistent about getting back to me but in today's income limited works with COVID amongst us they charge $69 just to come out to give you a quote. Not happy but it's their loss!

Here's our cautionary tale . . .
Our regular serviceman who we trust and have used for years was swamped & could not make it out. In a panic, we called RR. Yes they are polished and have responsive dispatchers who had a tech at my house on a Saturday, which happened to be the hottest day of the year, BUT they also sent a guy who reported a whole list of problems that would cost at minimum $2k+ to fix (we had burn marks on multiple parts of the furnace, there was ice building up on our condenser, asbestos in our ducts, etc). His recommendation was to replace the whole system for anywhere between $10k-16k, and of course they could provide financing and do it Monday because he happened to know there was a last minute cancellation, so we wouldn't have to be on a waiting list and without air for weeks. Hmm. Our air was working strong before and our research told us it was probably just a blower motor or capacitor that needed to be replaced. We were skeptical. We waited to hear back from our regular guy w/a referral. Another company came out Monday and fixed our problem by replacing the capacitor in less than 5 mins. He said our condenser outside looked just fine. The heater was old but still working, so why replace it? $220 later, I am so glad we endured the heat for one more day to get the help of an honest professional.

Amazing company! We received customer service in a way that we have never experienced before. Our HVAC system broke down yet again and we knew we needed to replace it. I scheduled an appt right from their website and they responded within minutes. Gary, came out the same day and presented many different options and Gary listened and helped me narrow it down based on our needs. Upon making our final decision, the new unit was installed the NEXT day, in the middle of a heatwave! The communication throughout the entire process whether it be phone conversations, text messages or in person was so professional. Much thanks to Gary for helping us with the system, to Phil and the rest of the install team. Well done! We will definitely continue to use them for our other needs and their excellent service.

Sean did a really nice job on diagnosing the kitchen light fixture issue. He replaced the ceiling lights and also replaced the old laundry light fixture. He also replaced other extra stuff for me without charge. Very professional and excellent customer service! I will return to them for other stuffs in the future.

Sean is a very nice young man and is very professional, he knows his trade. I had a small troubleshooting job on a broken outlet that was a result of a closet world cabinet install in my garage.
He arrived a little late, but they let me know he was on his way. He gathered all the background on issue and then proceeded to tell me what he was going to do. When he finished, he explained what happened and told me all my options for repair, he was extremely clear and detailed in his explanation. He have me two options, one high and one low and explained both very well so I could make an informed choice. Because Closet World was at fault, he took pictures and explained what had occurred which will be very helpful when I send them my bill. I am very happy with the service that Sean (RR ElectricHVAC) provided and I am 100% comfortable recommending them and will definitely use them again.

I want to be clear that we have not hired RR yet because we have several projects going on at once, but we were blown away but the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge demonstrated by Jose G and Lait. They were extremely accommodating. Jose answered all of our questions beyond satisfaction. We did not feel pressured or bullied in any way to commit or to consider additional service. Jose was very respectful of our home and property. I wish all businesses conducted themselves with this level of professionalism

This company is not very honest about how they repair & their charges. Had a board issue with my heater-ac unit. They tried to sell me a whole new unit for $$$$$ & to replace board would be $$$$ . Found out it was a $2 fuse.

Honest as honest can be. Ryan was amazing in explaining issues in our duct work and condenser unit. No pressure, no up sell. Issues broken down into multiple choices for payments and parts. Officialy and RR cool club customer for life. Very, very recommended. From our initial inquiry, calls made to confirm appointment time and an email with a picture of our technician (who does that anymore!) Great to support a local business that cares this much.

One day about half of my electric outlets stopped working! I was worried something really bad was happening, so I looked at reviews on Yelp and decided to call RR to come check out what was wrong. I called after hours, but an answering service was available to take my call and Liat from RR called me about five minutes later to schedule an appointment. Chris showed up the next day, very professional and friendly, had a mask on and had his feet covered with paper booties to protect the inside of my house. He gave me many options and I chose to have my panel upgraded to 200 amps. I feel their prices were right in line. He and an associate came the next day to do the upgrade and troubleshoot a problem left by a previous electrician and found the problem! I will definitely be calling them for any HVAC and electric needs I have in the future. Thanks so much!
