One of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My house finished being built in 2019 and since we have moved in we have been having electrical issues. Called them out to check and see what was going on and their diagnosis was the issue was my washer and dryer. We go out and spend almost $3k on a new washer and dryer and are still having the same issue. I called to talk to them about rectifying the situation and got told that it wasn't their fault or their concern and that they weren't going to do anything about the faulty electrical system that they installed in the house. I would 10 out of 10 recommend that you DO NOT give this terrible company your business.

I see why they have a low rating. I never do reviews but when I called this place, they hung up the first time. When I got an answer, I asked if they had electricians she told me no. Then I said, at all on staff? She said no one is in. I tried to set up an appt and told her I was going to bill my alarm company because they disconnected it. She said, we're looking to you for payment. I told her I know that. She said, well we can't help you and hung up. Rudest person ever. I'd give lower than 1 if I could.

The lady I spoke with last week to schedule an appointment was very nice. However, I was scheduled a week later just to get a quote. Today, I called them to inquire about my ""scheduled appointment "" and found out I was not even in the calendar! I waited a week for nothing. They were aware that my time in Belton was limited since this is our second home. They told me to call back when we come back to Belton. They should have accommodated my request, that's what I would have done, if I owned the business.
I do not recommend this business at all. The only reason I called them is to not void my warranty on my new house. If they can't honor my request then what's the use of calling them.

Built a house in 2017 and then attempted to install a ceiling fan in my house. Followed the instructions in the box wired the fan according to the instructions, fan would not work. Contracted Royce Electric they informed me that I did it wrong and that they wired the house so I would not get hurt. Had to get another electrical company to redo the wiring Royce did incorrectly in the switches. Royce Electric cross the wires in the light and fan switches in the room. Because Royce Electric did not wire the room correctly it cost me an additional $320.00. Oh by the way Royce would have come and fixed the problem however, they wanted to charge me for fixing their problem. If you have a choice use someone else instead of Royce Electric.

Waited a day and no one showed. When I called they confused me with someone else and kinda sounded like maybe they would check to see if I was going to be taken care of but it is already 5 pm and I assume I would pay more. I would not even give them one Star but it won't let me back it out. And I still need an electrician. What is wrong with people
