If I could give this company a 0, I would. They changed my day of service, which was fine, but on the day of service they were over an hour late. I gave them a 2 star on another site because of their unprofessionalism and this is what he texted me:
Him: a 2 star review?? you're petty as fuck.
Me:I'll make sure to screenshot this message. Very unprofessional.
Him: & if you woulda actually spent money on a quality camera system they wouldn't break while screwing them... but thanks for saving me the trip.
Me: You can either fix my camera or I can take it there. Your choice.
Him: the camera isn't broke the screw is just stripped. but you're coming at my black owned business as if i did you wrong? so no i won't be coming back out there to help you.

maybe next time spend money on a quality system and they wouldn't be so cheap.
Me: So instead of you being considerate,apologizing for YOUR mistake, you are blaming me. Miss me with this black owned business crap. You are very unprofessional with arguing with the customer. That camera wasn't broken until you put your hands on it.

What kind of professional business does this? SMH

Horrible electrician! Said he can do it than said its not worth it! I message him on facebook marketplace for a nest install and he refused after already saying he would. Look at the chat from beginning to end. 10 pictures included! Also talked on the phone for a minute where he cussed at me.

Great communication, easy scheduling, competitive pricing, and also professional and polite. RaShaad is a great go-to electrician who knows what he is doing and gets the job done efficiently. We had him replace an old bathroom ceiling fan. He showed up early, got right to work, solved minor problems quickly and confidently, and got the job done! Others quoted way high and longer (up to 4 hours) for a job that took him only 1 hour. I would quickly hire him for any new electrical jobs, hands down! Thank you, RaShaad!!!!
