They got the permit, the parts, worked with Oncor to resolve it all so quickly.

Roy was busy but squeezed me between jobs and fixed the outlet to our garage door opener. At first we thought our opener was broken and one garage door company was going to charge 700$ for a new opener. We then had another garage door company come out and was informed we had an opener with a life time warranty!!! He then informed us it wasn't the opener that was broken but the outlet on the ceiling. Unfortunately he wasn't allowed to work on outlets and that's when we called Roy. It just proves there's a lot of dishonest folks out there and you really need to do your homework!! Roy charge was more than fair. In fact he was cheaper than a handyman who wanted $100 plus material. Roy was 20$ LESS!!!!

Roy and partner were great. They removed one massive chandelier and replaced two others. I appreciated they wore masks and were very careful with my furniture. They also ensured I was happy with the work, cleaned up any debris, and were just an all around pleasure. I'm already considering my next improvement project for Roy to help me with.
