After my son and I both hired Daniel for thousands and thousands of dollars of work, he completely ghosted me. Never showed up for a scheduled job, didn't return calls or texts... just blew us off. Sucks.

Dan & Val are the best to ever do it. I had a bunch of random house projects that I needed to get done and they were the only handyman service I called that would do everything I asked. New bathroom vanity install, window & blind repair, finish trim around some windows, oven mount. Got a great price and all the great reviews here made me choose them. I am very handy myself and know how to do most of the work I paid them to do, so I knew I was getting great work for a great price. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

I needed two 48 pounds mirrors hung on the wall, so I took chance on Dan. He came promptly and he went over all the options with me on the best way to hang them. He chose the safest and most practical way and hung them beautifully. I will refer him and use him again if needed.

I guess if you would like half the work done go ahead and hire them. They'll take the job as if they're capable of doing the job but finish only what they're actually capable of and then disappear. Think the main guy is Daniel. Absolute joke. Not even sure what he does honestly. Had a painting job and was supposed to have additional work to the walls. Did the painting and didn't show up or reply after regarding the rest . Should've figured he had no clue how to do the walls based on the fact that he never even bothered to do a single measurement

I texted Daniel regarding a list of things we needed done within 3 days (a ceiling fan changed out, a leaky toilet fixed, another ceiling fan had the on/off chain break off far inside, 2 light fixtures changed out, a dimmer switch put in).
He responded very promptly and said they could come out the next day!
Val showed up promptly the following morning and got right to work after discussing the to-do list. He worked diligently, was super courteous, clean, respectful, and most importantly was super capable and did every job perfectly.
Val even did several extra things...replaced a broken plastic box in the ceiling for one light fixture and replaced the leaky toilet gasket plus another that wasn't leaking but probably would heed replacing in the near future. That kind of attention to detail and going the extra mile is hard to find these days.
He earned every one of the 5 stars, and I can see why their reviews are so good.

I highly recommend these guys for any handyman jobs you need done.

I needed to have a 65-inch TV mounted on the living room wall so I did some research into my options in the area. I quickly narrowed my options down to two candidates and messaged both. Not only was Daniel the first to respond but he also continued to follow up with questions as to my needs and timing. Once all the parts I ordered had arrived, I dropped Daniel a note pretty close to the end of the workday not expecting he would have time with such short notice. Within 30 minutes of dropping Daniel a note, he was at my door with tools in hand and ready to go. That's fast ... I don't I can get a friend to come over that fast if I offered free food.

After Daniel arrived, I showed him the TV, the mount, and the wall and he immediately started measuring and getting to work. He checked in with me to see where I'd be sitting, the height of the couch, the distance, etc ... to assess the best placement of the TV. His considerations were greatly appreciated. Took a little under an hour from the time Daniel entered the door before the TV was professionally mounted and ready to go. We even had time for some friendly conversation afterward as well. For anyone looking to have their TV securely mounted on the wall, look no further, ""Dan's the Man"". Yes, I realize Costco has a TV mounting service that they outsource out that is a little cheaper, but if you dive into those reviews you'll find yourself gambling with your TV and your wall to save a few bucks ... not worth the gamble. Don't believe me? Read Daniel's reviews vs the other cheaper alternatives, you'll arrive at the same conclusion as I did.
