I am an engineer and am no stranger to electricity/electronics, but am a stranger to home wiring. I spent a day trying to find the problem and isolated it down to one section of the wiring but I couldn't find the root problem. I explained it to Rory and he had it figured out in 5 minutes, maybe less. He fixed it in another 10 minutes or so.

Rory is very professional, friendly, and competent.

I do have one suggestion for him: he should mention on his website that he doesn't check his email regularly and much prefers to communicate by text.

After pouring through several Yelp reviews and selecting those that are close to where I live given gas prices, I selected Rory to do the work. It is so hard to find a reliable electrician and I am so glad I chose him. Rory came in to fix an outdoor light that was going on and off as well as help me label my electrical panel correctly. He is low key and is very knowledgeable. He fixed my light without much fuss and we both worked on the panel. It is such a relief to have it finally labeled right. Previous contractors who I hired before I moved in labeled things in a haphazard fashion that was no good to anyone. I would definitely recommend Rory if you need any electrical work done! I will definitely work with him again when I redo my lights and fans.
