I reached out to him and he told me he was familiar with the system I have. When he came he replaced some faulty equipment as well as fixing another light and upgrading some recessed lights. Joe was pleasant, knowledgeable and reasonable. I will definitely have him return later to do a few more repairs needed.

A couple of weeks ago, I received a phone call from Joe Roppo. He was unhappy with my review. He told me that he did his job (I only received a verbal report regarding his inspection findings - The agreement was that he provide his inspection finding in writing.) He told me that he no longer replace the electrical boxes (He gave me quote for the job). He did not provide a referral for the box replacement. He told me that I should remove my review.

I would have removed my review if he provided a written list of his inspection findings and provided a referral for the electrical box replacement. Again, I paid one hundred dollars for his written inspection finding which I never received. Now, I am told that I need to remove my review by Mr. Roppo. Mr. Roppo behavior does not seem to be appropriate.
