After trying a couple things with no success, I contacted Roper Electric. Karah responded very quickly and I was able to make an appointment. Matthew came out and was very friendly and helpful. My dad called me once Matthew was done and said that he solved the problem in less than an hour! Boom, power restored. Not only that, but the cost to complete the job was very reasonable and considerably less than what I anticipated.
