Ron was communicative from the start and very friendly. Showed up on time and was wearing a mask. One of my issues he wasn't able to troubleshoot but was very patient and thorough in trying to figure it out. Very fair prices too.

Amazingly dishonest man. While in the attic connecting wire Rondale put his foot through my guest room closet ceiling where insulation rained down on all items stored in the closet. Never advised us of this incident. I only discovered it 2 days later when I went to put something away. My husband called Rondale and he assured my husband he would come by the next day. We haven't seen him since. I now have the have the hole repaired at my expense.

Additionally, on his second day at the house installing a new ceiling fan he tracked in grease/oil on my 4 week old carpet. He assured my husband and I he had a buddy that would come and clean the carpet rather then the expense of a carpet cleaning company coming and us holding the comparable amount from his payment. Again haven't seen or heard from him again

I started to be skeptical of the work being performed when I kept asking for his license number. I kept getting answers like ""I don't remember it"". Even after he returned a second time I thought he would produce his license and complete the work properly. It never happened. I've been forced to look for a different technician to complete my project. I've attached photos of his work which he performed. My advice is to look elsewhere for a licensed Electrician. I was fooled.

Regardless the attempt to correct deficiencies was never done. Licensed Electrician evaluated project an said wrong material was used and it would never pass a permitted inspection. If in fact job was done correctly please submit your California electrician License number

Somehow my garage power was off but the light was still able to turn it on. Ron replied quick on our request with enthusiastic attitude and was able to get that fix in less than a minute (super surprised) but glad that was fix :)

Ron came out to troubleshoot a weird problem we had after a storm knocked out some of our kitchen outlets. He found several wiring errors and corrected them. He is now our permanent fix-it guy in Galt.
