We purchased a custom home from Ronald Hunt and we requested a homeowner's warranty. Mr. Hunt was doing a fantastic job until recently there has been a number issued with a flooring, to the deck off the master just to cite a few. He offers horrible customer service he's rude and does not have the integrity to honor his own agreement. Beware!!!!

Very unprofessional and I feel he tried to get over on me with the pricing of a part. I finally got someone to do it for half of what he quoted me. The service fee is extremely too high. Most companies only charge 60-75 for service fee. He's just not professional enough for me to deal with every again. Wish him well though

This man installed a heat pump in our home as a new unit with warranty only to find out when we had a problem that the unit while unused was 5model years old and never carried a warranty. He would not accept any liability for this fraudulent act and instead blamed his distributor. Now we are forced to pay an attorney to help.

I give Mr Hunt 5 stars. Very professional, on time knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone . My air was blowing hot air into my home. He did the fix and I couldn't be happier. From day one this man had a NASTY ATTITUDE. The day he was supposed to install a unit that I was paying for I had to continuously call him...he agreed to come in the morning but never came...ended up coming over at 7pm and when he arrived I had to stand in front of his truck and ask if he was getting out to install the unit before it began raining again...he responded, ""I'm eating my chips can't you see"" I could have gotten ethnic with him but proceeded to let him know he could come on and enter through the side gate and he got upset and said ""I told you I will get out when I'm finished with my chips , uh you know what mam"" then he proceeded to drive off with the unit I began paying for on his truck. I then called him and let him know he was acting childish and unprofessional and that he was driving off with the product I was paying for. He responded"" you ain't paid for nothing, you gonna have to find another dealer bye mam"". He, Mr. Ronald S. Hunt , was in my view the most Ghetto , Ratchet , Unprofessional HVAC Dealer I have ever dealt with....He needs to remember this job helps put food on your table but if you have no customers because of your unprofessionalism then what will you do??????
