I reached out to a couple handymen to see if they could help come fix a leak I had coming from the water shut off under my deck. Jorge messaged back quickly saying he could come over for a free estimate. After arriving, he said what was leaking was my sprinkler system, and he turned the handle to turn the system off. Instead of just telling me that's what needed to be shut off, he said ""that's going to be $45."" In my head, I was thinking, for turning the water off? Not only did he say he was coming over for a free estimate, but he turned off the water before telling me or getting consent that I was willing to pay it. And he had me send it to his personal Venmo. Idk, grateful he was quick to respond, but I don't think I should've had to pay $45 for him to turn the water valve to off, especially when payment was not discussed prior.

Jorge was Great !! From the start, very forward and told me what was best for my beauty studio that I am leasing! Originally had carpet flooring. Jorge was very responsive and helpful, accompanied him at home depot to purchase everything he needed and that was super easy! Jorge and caesars installation of the laminate flooring was perfect and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend, will be using his services again to add a wall in my beauty studio (: thank you guys for the hard work!!!

Jorge is such a great find! We needed some drywall repair in our garage and he was able to quote over the phone by texting photos.  He always replied very promptly.  He provided a fixed price, which I also appreciated a lot. His work is great, for a great price.  He cleaned up as he went and left nothing to be cleaned when he finished.  He spent all day getting the job done he worked 9am to 5pm until he finished.  He came prepared bringing everything he needed.  He is honest and always very polite.  He was even great with my kids being around.  I will absolutely give him a call to have him back to my house when I need him in the future.
