Our kitchen lights were so dim it was hard to see in there at night. When one of the bulbs went out I tried to change it. The whole can came dangling down from the ceiling. Rod returned my call (quite a few companies did not, and one I reached told me there was a two week wait for service). Rod explained that the fixtures are no longer manufactured and suggested replacing all the lights with modern LEDs. What a difference this has made! Rod's price was fair, he was available quickly, and the new lights work very well.

Just wanted to say Rod came over to help us troubleshoot a couple electrical mysteries with our new house (no power to attic lights, outside GFI outlet didn't work). He was punctual, fast, fair, and delivered top quality work. He also made some changes with our panel wiring to add some additional safety to a part of the house that had too much juice going to it. He really knows his stuff and I feel like we got a real bargain. I'll be hitting him up again next time we need something!

EXCELLENT service. They were actually able to come out the following day of my request. Rod and his step son were amazing as a team. We had an issue with one of our switches not working and also needed a chandelier hung. Rod was patient and found the problem...fixed . His step son wired and hung the chandelier in our bathroom in no time. . They cleaned any mess that was made.

Rod just installed two new ceiling fans and changed some switches in our mobile home and did a fantastic job. His prices are very reasonable and he cleaned up everything when he was done. That's a win win for me. I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have.

Had a breaker blow and need service. Rod was the only one of all the 7 electricians I called who had the option to repair an older panel rather than replace it after a 2 week waiting period because he knew where he could get the parts. I knew going in that it would need replacement over time, I wanted to get back up so I could open my garage door and not have to run the fridge off an extension cord. After that I could prep for replacement. Ultimately the way the wiring was connected to the panel was unsafe and warranted replacing then and there. Price quoted for the replacement was 1400 less than the next best price found, the panel used is sturdy enough that if I wanted I could add a whole new wing and still be able to use this breaker without a risk of frying the panel, communication was awesome, helpful in coordinating with SoCal Edison/city and he's got the reviews to back up selecting him over anyone else.

While I hate sounding like a cliche, if I could give more than 5, I would, and I've shared his info with a contractor friend of mine who will hopefully be able to refer his customers to the same awesome service I had the luxury of experiencing.

I have not had Rod come to do the work for me yet but wanted to address the review that the license on his page was invalid. Perhaps that person did not know how to look it up.
