Terrible. Will never contact again. First there was a family emergency, which I understand so was rescheduled. The re-scheduled he was 2 hrs late so I had to re-schedule again. Third attempt, I got a text the night before requesting to go later which was not possible unfortunately so I responded to let me know if he cannot go so I can make other arrangements and I never received a response back and he did not show. Not professional at all.

Orlando was wonderful, he definitely deserves 5 stars! He came to check out our electrical issue and fixed it same day. He was very reasonable and very nice! Thank you for your hard work, we will definitely be using him again in the future for any electrical work!
