Very unprofessional employees. My child's father worked for this company and couldn't be any happier that he left. However, there are still some unsettled issues which they never seemed to be able to help with. I contacted them multiple times about money being garnished from his paychecks for child support, but never making it to the State Disbursement Unit. It has been well over a year, and the state still has no record of any of that money being sent in. I have spoken to both Ann, and Jill about this and they both were no help at all. I was told they couldn't tell me anything, so he contacted them directly, and didn't get any answers either. This is not the company to work for, explains why many employees have left the company

Tried to hire their services to fix the ballasts at my business's front sign and boy, was that a hassle. They came by to see the sign two days after the call and said they would get back to us in another two days about cost for part and labor. They didn't.

The next day (5 days after the first call) we had to call back and inquire about it. They said they ordered the parts and that that they would be back to fix it within another two days, when the part arrived. No show, no call. We had to call again, and left a voicemail inquiring about a date. Another couple days went by, no call back.

We called yet again, and no return for another couple of days. Finally called them to cancel the whole thing. Funny thing is that they still wanted to charge us for the first visit. Two weeks later we had no date given as to when the job would be done.

We called someone else who took care of everything in 4 days. Very poor follow up policy and lack of respect for my business. What a waste of time.

Jeff provided exceptional service. The whole crew was very professional in how they handled situations with my two girls there. There were a couple of scheduling issues. Somethings scheduling wise it is not humanly possible to keep track of. It was not any one particular person's fault but it just happens. Overall very satisfied with the system.
