Ben from Rocky Hill deserves ten stars! We called at night after an unexpected power outage that seemed to be unique to our location. Ben and assistant arrived quickly, inspected all panels and key connections, and courteously explained what he was doing. When he was done, our electicity was restored and we felt safe and reassurred.

Reasonable prices. We would absolutely use this company again!

Chris with Rocky Hill Electric was fantastic! In addition to being incredibly nice, he was patient explaining the process and even offered me different options so I could make the decision that best worked for me. Their prices were also much more competitive (about half) of what other companies quoted me. Highly recommend this company and I'll certainly use them again for my next project that has electrical needs. Thanks Chris and Rocky Hill Electric!!

They sound very nice on the phone, but they only offer 'flat rate pricing' - not by the hour. In my experience, flat rate pricing double or triples the cost of working with a contractor.

Ben from Rocky Hill saved our NYE!!! We had a small electrical fire from an outside box in the middle of the night - very scary and smelled awful! The woman on the call was extremely helpful and said that even though they were super busy that day they would send Ben over right away. Ben was helpful and courteous as he explored the problem. He got us a fix for the day, got all our electrical working and will come back to finish the job. We are so grateful!!

I think we've found a winner!
Of all times of the year to need electrical work done NOW, this is not the time of year I would have chosen; & phoning every contact I had in my business card file got me absolutely nowhere.
We came across Rocky Hill Electric in a search of nearby electricians this morning; Ben was on site to see what we needed done & place a bid by noon; & Neyko was there to complete the project a short time later.
Both Ben & Neyko were friendly, professional, & we are both pleased with the quality of the work. On top of that, Neyko mentioned that he saw a few items done by other electricians that he thought could be done better, & gave us a quote to fix them. Since we recently discovered that our ""old"" electrician did work that wasn't up to code, I am happy to have found someone who knows what they're doing & will stand behind their work.

I've found my new electricians! Everything about the experience was top-notch. They switched out an old Zinsco death panel and replaced it with a new sub-panel. They responded right away, were easy to schedule with and gave a bid that was less than the others I got. Then they showed up on time and were pleasant all around. When I had a minor cosmetic issue with the installation they came back out right away and made it right. Tip of the hat to Hayley and Niko, both of whom were not only competent but delightful.

I had them install a 240 Volt outlet for my EV. Price was reasonable and the workmanship was top notch. While they were here, I asked them to troubleshoot another electrical problem that had baffled me. They solved it quickly, fixed it and threw the repair in at no charge. Great people

This has been the least painful house project in recent years. Ben was professional in knowledge, appearance, and timeliness. The wiring that was done by other people was fixed and now all the switches are working independently. He even checked the electric panel and gave me recommendations, which I will consider in the next few years. Did I say Ben was also very pleasant?

I had some deferred electrical work that I needed to get done. I saw some positive reviews about Ielmorini Electric on Nextdoor. One of my neighbors had described the owner, Ben, in a very positive way so I decided to give him a call. We discussed the work and one of the projects involved was difficult to estimate given it involved an electrical outlet incorrectly installed in a concrete slab. Ben was very knowledgeable so I decided to hire him and his people to do the work. Ben sent Neyko out a couple days later. Neyko didn't mess around and even helped me move a mattress out of the way on one of the projects. He came up with innovative and cost effective solutions I hadn't considered. The last project was the outlet in concrete. Neyko showed me how the last electrician didn't install the GFI plug correctly; we could have been in real trouble if water had gotten into that area. Ben and Neyko we're both a pleasure to work with and the cost of the work was less than I was anticipating. Ben and his staff are tradesman that value their clients and do high quality work at a fair price. I won't hesitate to call Ben the next time I need electrical work done. He and his company are top notch!
