Marcos is amazing! I found him here on yelp. I needed some items installed as I am converting my water heater from gas to an hybrid one. When we met for the quote, he took the time to look at the installation and offer me a couple of options on how I wanted to proceed. During our walk through as well, i explained him the future conversion form gas to electric or other electric installation I wanted to do. he advised me to connect with PG&E to get an amperage increase. When he came on the day of the work, not only the job was well done but we also double check my amperage to see if it would actually be worth for me to ask PG&E for an amperage increase. it was clear that it wouldn't be needed. So he saved me a $10k project right there!! After he left, for some reason my water heater and furnace (still running with gas) was no longer working. Since that was the only work I had in my house, I called him back and asked him to come back to look at what was going on. He took the time to figure this out and it was actually my earthquake gas detection that turned off probably because of the work they did close to it. Not only he took the time to come back to identify the issue, but it wasn't even his expertise and he fixed it for me!! I am grateful that everything was done properly and that the service and advice he provides is above and beyond!!

We had a issue with heating system. It was not heating up. Heater technician pointed out that it is electrical issue. We called Mr. Marcos Rocha (Rocha Electrical System). He came and fix the minor issue of reseting electrical breaker of heater system without any charges. We would highly recommend Mr. Marcos Rocha (Rocha Electrical System) for any electrical issue.

SO rude over the phone. I called to get an estimate and he said, Well I can give you can estimate but I'm pretty busy and don't know when I can get out there. So I asked for an estimate for the specific work and he replied, ""Are you kidding? You're asking for an estimate and I haven't even seen your house."" Uhmm what? He specifically said he could give me an estimate then said he was too busy. I would never even bother with these people again.

I am an extremely busy working professional. I am having an issue with the fan in my bathroom, and I called Marcus yesterday to schedule an appointment. He told me that he could come to my place first thing in the morning to provide assistance. I texted him immediately after the call to confirm the time, per his request. When the time came for his scheduled arrival came and passed, I called him to see where he was. He said that ""I told you that I had another job to take care of first"" and said that he did not see my text until right when I called. Despite what he said, he never mentioned having another job to do before doing my job.

This is extremely unprofessional, and is now causing me to miss part of the work day and be forced to find another electrician. Choose someone else who is more respectful of your time.

This guys came and did work at our house in Oakland , only to mess up everything in the house and cause hazardous situations. They never answered any of our calls to fix the situation. They just took our money and ran. Beware!

I reached out to Rocha Electrical for some work done at my place of work. We have 25-foot ceilings and that wasn't an issue for them. They were on site early and even helped us out with some other lighting issues before they started the job they initially came to do. They were courteous, clean, and professional.
