This is my 2nd review in less than 2 years. A bank of lights went out Friday afternoon at our preschool. I called Pat at 1:30 pm Saturday - he came out to our site at 3:00 and repaired the issue within 30 minutes. His flexibility and responsiveness was so appreciated; COVID protocols are in effect at our preschool making weekday business hour visits impossible.
