Excellent service! I highly recommend ROC Electric. I needed several light fixtures in my home changed out and was a little bit worried how quickly any company would come out since I knew this would be considered a smaller job. I chose ROC Electric due to all the positive reviews. The owner of ROC, Fernando, answered when I called. He was friendly, emailed me a quote and we scheduled a service call the next day. He texted the evening before and asked for a few pictures--old fixtures, new ones--and for a little info on where in house it was being replaced. I appreciated the professionalism and care that he took in doing this. One of the fixtures was going on a super high ceiling so he was able to come prepared. On the day of service, Fernando texted me and kept me appraised of his ETA, came during the scheduled two hour window and he got the job done excellently! I'm a happy customer and plan to use ROC Electric for any future electrical needs.

I can't believe how smooth everything went!
I was looking for someone to do my panel upgrade and hardwire charger. I contacted about 5 different electricians and ultimately went with ROC for several reasons. Communication was easy and efficient. He gave me great advice and what not to do or to do. He's was very patient in explaining everything. I was getting the rebate from SCE so he made that whole process easy too they require a lot of pictures and proof, so with his help I had it all. He handled all the inspection and permits and for the final finish set me up with his stucco guy that did a wonderful job as well! Other companies said I would have to handle that. He was accurate on arrival times and finish times and he kept in communication throughout the whole process. He just made everything look so easy and hassle free and my place was clean after. Super knowledgeable electrician. I can't thank him enough for his quality work , work ethic, and top notch communication.

Fernando and his team did a great job installing our new electric panel. They were all very professional, easy to get in contact with and made sure that all the work passed the city inspection. I had Fernando and his team out here to upgrade my old panel from 100 to 200 amps and drop a sub panel in the garage. Needless to say they did a fantastic job and very quickly!!! I found another local gem in ROC Electric while looking for an electrician for a small household project. Within hours of my initial call, I had a new outlet installed for my outdoor accent lights and my patio electric repaired. And for a very fair price. Fernando was great, and ROC will be my automatic go to for electrical moving forward.

TWO THUMBS UP !! I needed to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my EV charger. I spoke to Fernando - Roc Electric early morning and he came out the same day for a free estimate. I have a detached garage with no sub panel and my main panel is on the side of the house. Fernando recommended some options for me to consider - either as a new exterior outlet installed to the house -or- as an interior outlet inside the garage by trenching the new line across the patio walkway. It would be great to have the NEMA outlet inside the garage for the convenience, but I didn't want to breakup the concrete to trench a new line even though it's totally doable. I'm just as happy with the exterior outlet on the house and with a NEMA extension cord connecting the EV charger inside the garage it's working out great. Fernando's estimates for both options were very reasonable and he was very accommodating with some adjustments I wanted to make for the project. Both of our schedules worked out for the next day installation and ... VOILA .. I now have a new home charging station ready to go anytime!! It was great to meet Fernando, he's very professional, friendly and does excellent work ... I would 100% recommend Fernando and Roc Electric!!
