First off Jorge was amazing. Just to provide a back story of my situation, I had some IP cameras installed back in 2017 the company I used went out of business. My cameras became offline several times so I was forced to go with another monitoring company AVS. I called them to schedule a service call to get my cameras back online. They wanted to sell my a new DVR / NVR for $800. Fast forward, I called Jorge to get a second quote and opinion. He goes over a steps via phone and what do you know my cameras are back up and running now. He saved me $800. I know who I'm calling when I need cameras. Have been researching for a while on a home security system. Got a quote from Jorge back in July and held off on purchasing when since I wasn't sure I wanted to install these type of cameras or go with ring or another internet product.
