I personally installed a camera system in our home a couple of weeks ago and we discovered that one of the cameras did not work at all. After troubleshooting the issue for quite some time I decided to call in a professional. I contacted RoboCam and spoke to Jorge. He came to the house on time, identified the problem quickly and resolved it! Jorge is very professional and did exactly what he committed to. Great company!

Got a quote from Jorge back in July and held off on purchasing when since I wasn't sure I wanted to install these type of cameras or go with ring or another internet product. Flash forward to January 2018 and our mail is stolen at night. This made my decision for me and I got ahold of Jorge and he worked with me on price and cameras and came up with a great design and set up. I appreciate his attention to detail, creative approach to camera positions, and hard work. I am very pleased with the work and his knowledge of the products that will guide you in the right direction. He even came back and helped set up my internet because he finished my job ion the weekend. Jorge from Robocam installed 11 cameras, a DVD-R, and a security box for the recorder for me. I got three different quotes from different companies and Jorge's price was the best. But more importantly, the service I got from Jorge was excellent! When I called him, he really took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He evaluated my needs and made suggestions that benefited me. I never felt he was trying to push the sale. Installation took an entire day and then some. Some issues came up afterwards, but I called him and he came and fixed them. I highly recommend him for his customer service alone.

George was super helpful, came late in the day when I was available and quoted it out for us, ended up having to come back when I wanted to change the set up to make sure it was ok before the install. During the install he ended up having to drive to pick up a part that we needed unexpectedly for our system set up for our Google wifi and made sure to stay till the job was done. Would strongly suggest using them if they service your area

I called RoboCam and left a message. George called me back that same day and scheduled me in for an appointment. He arrived on time, was professional and informative on the best location for the system. I explained to him I wanted a system at my home and a relative's as well. He worked with my schedule and completed the first install last week. He gave me a great price and will be installing the same system next week at my Mom's house. The owner George is great to work with and gets the job done. In closing I must say. I had called two other companies before calling RoboCam. One never called back. The other one came out for an estimate and was quite arrogant. I highly recommend RoboCam.

A ***** Yelp find chosen because of the previous excellent reviews!!! Punctual, knowledgeable, reasonable AND honest! Lorex phone support told us our problem could be our DVR (which is out of warranty). Jorge looked at our system and told us he thought it was just a power supply problem. And it was which was a huge (financial) relief! He showed us the difference between the wiring, cables, connectors, etc. he uses compared to the ones included in the boxed systems from Costco and Sam's Club - no comparison!! The power supply he replaced the bad one with was twice the size! We will definitely have him build our next system!
