We recently moved & needed several jobs done. Jorge took care of everything from installing new light fixtures to repairing a baluster on the stairs, relocating a shelf in our laundry room to accommodate our large appliances, & even found an innovative way to repair a slat on a shutter. Jorge was quick to follow up with us after we called him requesting an appointment & he did an amazing job on each project at an extremely reasonable price. Jorge is extremely professional & we highly recommend him. We will definitely be using his services for all future projects.

Mr. Robledo responded to my request to instruct me on the safe operation of a whole home generator. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and took the time to ensure we had a complete understanding of the generator setup and operation. His services are very reasonable. We'll definitely be calling him for other jobs.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I would ultimately not recommend these services.

First off, my major issue was that we had discussed that the price of $300 would include replacing an interior door and painting it. However, when he ""finished"" the job he did not paint the door, and stated that ""would be another hour"", when I asked about it. I paid the amount discussed($300) even though the agreed upon work was technically not finished. I ended up having to remove the door handles, run to Home Depot to get more supplies, and paint the door myself. When I reached out to him later that day via text message he basically said that the door paint was never discussed. I reminded him how he had even asked if I had bought the paint and how much. I had also asked him whether he was using a sprayer or brush/roller, and he had confirmed paint brush. He then remembered that the door was agreed upon, and offered me a discount on my next job. However, after this discrepancy and the quality of work we will not be using him again.

Now onto the quality of the work. There are huge screw holes on the trim which he filled with chalk instead of wood filler which I offered to provide. They were not filled correctly and you can still see divots in the trim where all the screw holes are. I also ended up having to fix this by re-sanding and using wood filler and then repainting the trim.

Also the top two trim pieces are not aligned correctly anymore. I did message him about this and he said they didn't fit right so he cut one and left one with a lip. I feel like letting me know if he needed new trim pieces would've been better. I would've happily bought a new piece of trim to fix those areas. Also since he used screws on trim I don't know if I'll be able to get the pieces out to replace them with correctly fitting pieces. Mind you the trim was in new condition, as our home is only 6 months old, and only had one dent that I was ok with.

Overall, not quality work and not great customer service, or consistent pricing.

** The brown spots are from where I am fixing the screw holes/ divots myself. I am using wood filler and resanding them and then repainting them. I am also going to be replacing the trim on the top. Overall this repair is going to cost me even more money and time.

This DIY'er needed to be rescued after attempting to install a smart switch. Mr. Robledo was able to come the next day, and he arrived promptly at the time he stated. What set his work apart from others was his willingness to show me my errors in a constructive way. He suggested what I could do differently next time. He worked quickly and was personable while working.

George was great. Came out first to look at what needs to be done. We needed some workaround for external range vent. He did a great job and it all looks like it was made to be there. Left the place spotless. Very professional and a skilled craftsman.
