Recommended Customer Reviews

Based on Yelp's initial rating I called Robert and made an appointment. He was late and did not have the tools, even though I had told his answering service, wife, he would need a ladder. We made another appointment and he was late again. He came and did the work, and I made another appointment for some additional work. In fact I paid him up front for the additional work He was late, and when I called his wife said he was on an emergency AC repair.. He called back and asked to reschedule. Having been hit twice with the emergency AC repair., I asked for a first call of the day appointment, and it was scheduled for today. At 9:30 I called his wife again, and was given the emergency AC repair excuse, and I said that would not work. Robert called back and told me the real story, or one more believable, but none the less unacceptable.
The work that he had done was acceptable, his rates were reasonable but I would not try to use him again. The old adage applies: ""fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me""
