It's hard to find competent & honest help in the urban jungle. These guys did not hustle me at all, Ben found the problem in my circuit board, rewired a previous issue that was done improperly and charged me a very fair rate. I have a degree as an electronic technician and played dumb to hear and see the issues which were promptly, honestly and correctly done. Call them!

It has been 4 years since I've needed to call an electrician to fix a problem and the last time was with Roberts Electric and they were great (hence my previous review of them).
I needed to find why the power to the living room was intermittent so I called them again and Ben came out (again). He was on time and quickly isolated the problem and fixed it within the half hour initial charge. Very happy with their service :)

I never write reviews but our experience warranted a shout-out to Roberts Electrical Service. We went through a whole home renovation with another contractor who was less then reliable. Roberts electric responded quickly to my call. Roberts dispatched the electrician quickly and carried out the install with a great price. We will use Roberts in the future for our electrical needs.

I needed to have the light on the front of my house replaced and I wanted to add a second one at the same time. I hired an electrician from the phone book who supposedly had a license and insurance. I showed him exactly where I wanted the lights but he put the new one too high on the wall. He ended up charging me full price for installing the two lights even though they were hung uneven.

I've used Robert's Electric at least twice in the past few years. Most recently, Robert came to my home to rewire several appliances in my kitchen. It is obvious that he is an expert, and his work exceeded my expectation. He brought things up to code, finished everything on my list, and left my kitchen clean. He is a nice guy and trustworthy. His rate is fair, and I love how easy it was to communicate with him on the phone and in person. We have a few more electrical things that we need to do, so I will be calling Robert again soon!

The front desk in my building recommended Robert Electric so I called about something and it ended up totally unrelated to any service they offer. However, the guy that answered stayed on the phone with me for ten minutes giving me ideas that would help - knowing that there was 0% I would be a paying customer. That's pretty incredible and I will use Roberts Electric for any electrician work I have in the future, guaranteed.

I had an electrical issue at a property that I rent to tenants. I was out of town and called Roberts to take care of it - Matt was helpful on the phone and Ben did a quick and thorough job. From the time I called Roberts until the job was complete was about 2 hours. Ben completed the work in1/2 hour on site.
