Robert was available within 1 hour, on a Saturday, to come out and take over when I found a potentially dangerous electrical situation at my house. He was friendly, neat, professional, and competitively priced. Robert was able to take care of the project, quickly and correctly, and gave me options on how to remedy the situation. He even asked me if there was anything else I needed to have checked out, or taken care of, since his minimum time was not up. This speaks volumes of his character, since he could just have easily gotten paid for quickly (and correctly) finishing a job and leaving. I would highly recommend Robert Morgan for your electrical service needs.

After reading several reviews I called this man for an estimate. The initial phone call was fine; he responded promptly and said he could come take a look for an estimate sometime 'today' and would call to make sure I was home first. From here on everything changed. He was impatient if you didn't answer the phone immediately; told me his time is precious and I should carry my phone with me every second so I would be sure to answer when he sent a text or called (I returned his call within 5 minutes). When I asked for an estimated time range he said he ""doesn't have a desk job' and that would be difficult to provide. But because of the recommendations I had him provide an estimate anyway believing I perhaps misread him. Unfortunately, he was just as bad or worse in person. He was very condescending and even said I was wasting his time at one point. I don't know why I was treated with such disrespect but I would never hire anyone who treats their potential customers so rudely.

I had a fuse problem in garage and called Robert and he worked me in right away. He was courteous and prompt. He was very thorough and found the source of problem. He also help with another electrical problem because he had time leftover. Very reasonable and quick.

Robert was truly a fine gentleman and a through electrician. He was there the first thing in the morning as promised and helped us with a socket for a EV car charging port/ Fixed a new light outside the front door and also fixed a switch and associated wires that were burnt.
He had all the tools necessary to get the job done and had multiple options to solve a problem. Especially the switch that was burnt, he made sure the wires too were properly insulated and didn't short circuit in the future.
Lastly Robert knew exactly what he was doing, meticulous in his work, with a high sense on ownership and responsibility. His pricing was fair and reasonable.
I wish I could be his apprentice as there is a lot I could learn from Robert.

Robert has visited our home twice to help with random electrical issues. He is very experiencesd and professional. Both times he gave fair pricing and was able to solve our ""mystery"" problems. ;). Great guy and would highly recommend. He also came same day both times!!! Not sure if we were just super lucky but he definitely works to fit you in as quickly if possible!
