He's great, until something doesn't go perfectly. (He just blocked me from his Nextdoor profile after leaving in a huff today, probably because he thought I'd leave a bad review. He's savvy that way) In short, we had some complicated projects. He did some well. Helped me solve a pantry lighting problem. But then today left in a huff and didn't attempt the job because I returned a ceiling cover medallion thing (that he told me to return because we didn't need it). I texted him ""look the new fixture covers the hole"" meaning we could proceed as planned and he ignored me. I should give him 2.5 stars because half the job went well and then he bailed on the 2nd thing. So here's the thing with Robert - he seems to be moody. If he's in a good mood and the job goes smoothly - he's good. But he gets easily flustered and then could bail and blame it on you.

Fair, funny, friendly, and fast, this guy knows his stuff. He installed my Charge Point EV charger in my garage, and we had a few hiccups, my fault, and he was able to solve the problems quickly and with an amenable, positive attitude. The prices he charges are fair. I ended up tipping because I thought he did an excellent job. Robert is a great find, and I'm glad I asked him to do my install!

Robert is patient, knowledgeable and professional. Electricity is something that cannot be trifled with. DYI and electricians who aren't top notch are a recipe for disaster. Be smart, call Robert. His prices are reasonable and fair.

Called Robert, as I saw great reviews on Nextdoor and thought I would reach out to get help with electrical issues we are having. Seemed like he did his best to ""swing by"", but he wouldn't schedule a time on the calendar for a ""small job"", (when he had not even seen the scope of work), but his overall tone in both our conversations was condescending and rude. Even if my project was outside of his scope of work or too small of a project, then as a professional business owner, he should be able to communicate that in a kind manner. I have no idea why he was rude or where the attitude came from. But definitely not getting our business.

Great work by Robert Morgan. He saved me a lot of money by doing a recessed plug when my new oven didn't quite fit in the space. Very good guy and extra points for being a super dog person

I had the great pleasure of working with Robert. My neighbor recommended him as he had done some work for him. I called Robert on a Friday evening and explained what I needed done and he said he could be over shortly to have a look and see if he could fix the two issues.
Sure enough, he was here within half an hour and quickly made the repairs and charged a very fair wage. He installed a Feit light and taught me how to use the app so I can control the lighting from anywhere, anytime.
Robert was very professional, kind and caring. I especially loved how he was with my dogs. I have two and one is always super fearful, but he put her at ease in a way I've never seen before. I wish I could hire him as my dog whisperer.
I will absolutely call on him for any electrical needs and highly recommend him, such a wonderful experience!

Robert is incredible to work with. He installed a front and rear smart doorbell/motion activated security system along with smart light switches for the interior of our home. He programmed the security/lighting system and the app on our phones, patiently showed us how to use everything. I give Robert my highest recommendation!

Robert came as a referral from our local Nextdoor app. We had lost all power on one side of our garage and Robert came out and was able to identify the issue quickly. He was so kind and professional and even educational in the process, I learned a lot! He is professional, personable and very good at what he does. He's come back to update our electrical box and breakers as well as some can lighting inside. I highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs. We will be using him for sure for all future electrical.

I asked him his hourly rate before he started and he said $100. Sounds fair. He also said he has a one hour minimum. Fine I thought-I have enough to keep him busy. He proceeded to fix two outlets in 15 minutes. I then asked him to fix other outlets around our home that had also failed. He said he had other appointments to attend to. But I paid for an hours work! He said I should have listed out all of the items I needed help with on our 3 minute phone call that we had 30 minutes before he showed up. I let him know the he should be upfront with his customers. He then got upset and proceeded to tell me that he has a college degree and he could rewire an entire attic in 15 minutes but wouldn't charge for just 15 minutes. Geez! All I wanted was for him to put in an hours work for an hours wage. I gave him $100 cash for his brief visit.
