Robert was extremely kind and personable and offered to come out if I needed him to on a Sunday morning when part of my house lost electricity. It ended up being some I was able to fix it on my own, but I will definitely come to him if I ever need electrical work.

Bob is the best!! We called him on a Friday night when most of our house lights were flickering like crazy a couple weeks after a bad winter storm knocked our power out. He was able to swing by, assess the problem and generate a solution almost immediately. Our power went from flickering to completely out, and with a little baby and a toddler it was hard to be without power. Since it was over the weekend, he was able to replace the damaged panel with a temporary solution until he was able to get the parts on Monday which was essential because without that we had no power. He was so kind, very quick to respond and did the job very quickly and let us know about all the electrical details between or after the job. I cannot recommend him enough. Him being so responsive and active on the repair, as well as being available on weeknights/weekends if need be, is invaluable. Thank you Bob for everything!

I called Bob on a Sunday afternoon for assistance after the major windstorms--we had power but major appliances were not working. He replied that he'd be there in an hour and a half. He helped identify the source of the problem and gave us instructions on how to remedy it (it's an issue with the power company). For the prompt reply in such stormy conditions, I would have paid twice his rate but he even offered a discount. Great, prompt, friendly customer service. We will definitely contact him again when in need of an electrician.

Recently had Robert Stevenson Electric hang two ceiling fans as a part of the Home Depot Pro Referral program. The quality of Bob and Alicia's work was outstanding with both fans hung in a reasonable amount of time from the arrival of my parts. Bob even found that one of the previous fans was hung on a 1lb. mount, and went into my attic to attach a proper ceiling fan mount. All this and Bob still came in with a price below my other quotes for this job.

Two days after Thanksgiving, woke up to no hot water, a garage with no power and a house full of guests. I called Bob hoping he could possibly get here Monday. He answered immediately and told me he'd get back to me as he was working other jobs. Later the same day Bob arrived & fixed the issue the same day. I admit I'm not accustomed to such great service! Bob responded to a call on Friday night when we found out PGE turned power off due to loose wire in our small cabin in Cisco Grove. Within two days he repaired the box and we are ready to have our power restored! He kept in touch and gave updates. Showed up when he said he would and did a great job!
