In 2017, I had an electric meter problem. I call Robert to fix the problem. Meanwhile, I rented a big electric generator that cost me $500/day.
We needed to restore power back to open my restaurant. He told me he can't connect the generator. So I called another electrician to hook the generator cost me another $500. He went to Los Angeles County office for a permit for the job. He was shorthanded so I helped him buy most of the parts he said he needed. After installation, we called SCE to get a new meter. In the first SCE attempt, we were told County inspection first. We call the county inspector, got an approval. The second attempt for SCE, they brought the wrong meter waited another half day. The next day we finally got a new meter on. Robert tried to connect the system, he started telling me something wrong. I asked him "" what is wrong?"" He replied "" I don't know, but my equipment telling me something wrong. After one more day of delay, he told me that was his equipment problem, not an electric circuit. I didn't want to tell my bad experience with him to the public. Until recently SCE came to my business, told me the SCE needs documents from the LA county office. They are going to terminate service if they don't have. I called his cellular told him what is the problem I have now. After talked to him once, he starts to ignore my call, my messages. Never reply to my messages. Very irresponsible person.

Had a problem with my house's power cutting in and out. Called Robert a day prior to service and he came to the house for a quick inspection close to closing hours. He Came back today prepared & got our power back functioning the way it should. Not only was he friendly, but he was professional and told me exactly what was wrong with the breaker in-depth and all for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend Rob for ANYTHING electrical.

Robert is always easy to work with. We've worked with him on replacing electrical panel and adding an electrical outlet in the yard. His prices are very reasonable. Follows up just like he says he will. Plan to use his company for as long as he does business and have referred him to others as well. They too appreciate his work!

I have two outdoor outlets that stopped working simultaneously. The joy of being a house owner. I received quotes from a couple different electricians. I ultimately went with Robert because of the affordability and he is local. I contacted Robert via text to set up a date and time for that same week. Robert arrived timely. He found out the problems (faulty outlet units and bad boxes) within the first 15 mins and provided the solution. I agreed with the plan and Robert moved forward with it right away. He fixed them and cleaned up in less than one hour. After he was done and I wrote him the check, he gave me suggestions with our ancient electrical panel and I asked him some questions about possible future electrical work. He answered all of my questions patiently.

Robert saved the day! My tenants had an A/C problem that Robert was able to assist with. I called Robert and he was able to identify the problem as I explained the issue to him. Robert came out within a couple of days and got the A/C unit up and running. I plan of calling Robert for future electrical work.
