I've hired Robert and his crew twice to do some major upgrades on my old house. They put in a new 200 amp main panel and a garage subpanel, added recessed lighting, various new fixtures, smart outlets, and another 240v outlet. They were able to quickly work around several complications around wiring access in my aging house with an addition. Robert did a good job of explaining what exactly they were doing and was happy to make adjustments in the middle of the job for things like lighting position. The major panel upgrade passed inspection without issue. Robert and his crew were always professional, started and ended on time, never increased the quoted price, and communicated well. I had six different electricians give me quotes, and in my experience, RNT's pricing is very reasonable. My HVAC guy, after doing some work on my AC, told me ""whoever your electrician is, they did a good job."" I would definitely recommend RNT and plan on using them in the future.

Recently we employed RNT Electric Solutions to do a major Electrical service upgrade on our house. Their bid was the best of 3 we had received and their references were excellent. The work consisted of upgrading our service from 100A to 200A in anticipation of adding Air conditioning and an Electric Vehicle charging outlet. It required trenching, adding a new master turnoff (Meter box) and upgrading the existing panel. Included were running high capacity lines/outlets to where the AC compressor and EV outlets needed to be. While the work was in process we added motion sensing lights, a whole house surge protector , and extra outside outlets. The work was professionally done with all city of Palo Alto inspections passed on first try. The staff was courteous and respectful of out property. Robert kept us informed of the schedule and all next steps. We have recommended him to friends and neighbors and a few have used him with excellent results RNT is now doing a similar service upgrade for our immediate neighbor.
