Roy never showed up or called to cancel or reschedule. I'm very disappointed. Not professional at all considering I wanted to upgrade my circuit panels which is a costly job.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I called at 8:30 AM and left a message on their voicemail. Roy (the owner) called me back in five minutes. I explained that I had a serious problem with all the kitchen outlets going off and I was not able to reset them, either at the GFI outlets or in the breaker box outside. He told me he would get someone there between 10 AM and Noon.

Ed arrived at about 10:45 AM and went to work diagnosing the problem. It took him about forty five minutes to discover that the electrician who had originally wired up the new breaker box (last year) had neglected to tie off the ""pigtails"" properly in the junction boxes. The two wires had not been trimmed or wrapped together. The only contact between them was the arching of electricity between the two ends inside the cap holding them together. There were several of these pigtails put together in each of the two junction boxes all the same way, UNFINISHED! Now I understood why I was having brief power outages since we moved in seven months previously. Ed went on to explain that eventually the wires would burn and I would have had no power anywhere in the house.

Ed did a thorough job of repairing the shoddy workmanship of the previous electrician and replaced the GFI outlets in my dining room (next to the kitchen) where they were not needed. He cleaned up everything afterwards and left me with all working outlets in my kitchen and dining room. What a relief! He assured me I wouldn't have this problem again. The bill was very reasonable considering the amount of work he did and just for the fact alone that he was able to properly diagnose the problem and correct it. I had another electrician visit my house the evening before and he wanted to rewire the entire side of my house at an enormous cost.

One last thing that I appreciated was how Ed explained what he found and showed me the problem. He also showed me how he fixed each junction box to correct the problem. I will definitely call RM again if I ever need an electrician.

They did two jobs at our home and everything was fine. Roy was responsive on setting up our first job. After that it became more difficult to get him to come a second time. But they did do a good and the pricing was fine. Then was texting him to have some work more done. He texted back ""okay"" and nothing else. Few weeks later I texted again-no response. Rude? So I will find a more ""professional friendly electrian"" That motivated me to share my experience.

We needed an outdoor outlet replaced with GFCI and cover and also an outlet for outdoor fountain. The guys came out the same day. They were quick and did a wonderful job with a very reasonable price. They will be our go to electrical guys from now on.

Roy and his crew have been fantastic! We bought an older home that needed a variety of electrical upgrades including new wiring, added outlets, added circuits, and a new panel in the garage. We've had RM out to the house several times over the last month and they always do a great job. Roy is responsive, easy to work with, and provides estimates quickly. We plan to continue to use them.
