The background of our business is closely linked to the owner. Ron enlisted in the US Navy at the age of and became an electronic specialist. Post-Navy, Ron gained experience as an electronics technician in industry. He has worked in satcom systems on oil rigs, wireline services in oil fields, and UPS manufacturing. He obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering at UC San Diego. He pursued an MBA, finishing in 2005. As an EIT, he focused on Gas Turbine Control Systems, Shipboard Power Distribution Systems, and PV systems. At present, he is a drilling reservist in the US Army Reserve as a Warrant Officer specializing in signal systems. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to business ventures, he has operated a business in his free time. In 2013, he founded RLB Engineering LLC and offers his expertise in his spare time. A California native, he journeyed around the world and has settled in California, where he plans to remain.
