The story of this company reflects the journey of the owner. Ron enlisted in the US Navy at seventeen and became an electronic specialist. Post-Navy, Ron worked in multiple positions as an electronics technician in the private sector. His technical background features satcom systems on oil rigs, wireline services in oil fields, and UPS system development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He also completed an MBA in 2005. During his tenure as trainee engineer, he worked with gas turbine systems, power distribution systems on ships, and solar energy systems. Currently, he serves the US Army Reserve as a Warrant Officer specializing in signal systems. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to business ventures, he has operated a business in his free time. In the year 2013 RLB Engineering LLC and offers his expertise in his free time. Originally from California, he journeyed around the world and returned in California, where he aims to establish roots.
