We just moved into a new home in Chatsworth and was looking for a jack of all trades to assist us with a laundry list of upgrades and repairs. After scouring Yelp for options, I came across Rich and he came right out to meet us/quote us on some of the repairs.

I cannot recommend him enough. He is fast, efficient, and goes the extra mile to make sure things are fixed/installed professionally and neatly. For example, I needed a shelf installed over our refrigerator. Without asking, he added extra bracing to the shelf to secure it better and even went as far as staining the bracing to match the surrounding cabinetry. We also had some electrical re-routing to do. He fixed that right up and went as far as neatening up the switch plates with new, clean covers. We don't have to ask him to go the extra mile, he just does it - it's such a huge relief after dealing with others who are late, unprofessional, and do shoddy jobs.

You call him, he's there. His services are such a wonderful addition to our new home - we couldn't have moved in and got settled without him.

He even replaced a missing nut. The cost was exactly what he quoted. Ignore the need for paint in my picture, that's totally on me. I would definitely use him again.
