Richard came out and installed our wiring for our new above ground Jacuzzi. I received quotes from multiple people, Richard was competent had a clear plan and was very professional. We ran into an issue unrelated to his work and he actually had a solution to fix it! He is a problem solver. Very calm and caring! His office staff was so nice too!

Nice enough people but they left a pile of garbage in my living room for a month (including fast food bags) after dry wall job while I was working to get reimbursement from insurance. Still have holes in my walls. Need tighter quality control on their subcontractors work. Like I said, great people, but a lack of follow through was an issue and we went a different direction with the remainder of our remodel.

RJM Solutions was recommended by neighbors in Foothilll Ranch. We asked for an estimate to have some of our fascia boards replaced due to wood rot. We received a timely estimate.

After obtaining a couple more estimates, we went with RJM. Their estimate was reasonable, and their demeanor when providing the estimate was excellent.

Today the work was started and completed, and the result was excellent. They had to remove and replace about 50 feet of 2X10 and 2X2 fascia board on our second story roof. The crew of 2 men did an excellent job, and we would highly recommend this company for your home remodeling and repair needs.

We were recommended this company by a friend of a friend. We were moving into a house that needed some work done before moving in so we were on a time frame. RJM wasn't able to make it out the same week that we had other contractors coming out to look around before giving us quotes, but RJM came the following Monday. Jessica said she would have us a quote by Wednesday. Then she said she would have it by Friday. Friday evening she said she was still working on it and would have the quote ready later that night or Saturday morning. I followed up with her multiple times and never heard back from them after that. We needed work to start the following week so we went with another contractor since I guess RJM was too busy to need our business.

Richard did great work and was open to do whatever was needed even if it wasn't on the original wish list. I had two outside faucets changed and two locks that were sticking fixed. Everything is working great, pricing was fair and I will definitely use him again. I'm not sure if there is something Richard can't do or get done.
