I reached out to Rich about setting up a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my EV. He went over everything over the phone and by text with me and was able to quote me based on panel pictures and house layout. His team came by and did a fantastic job getting the outlet installed in the location I requested and even completed the job earlier than expected. Communication was quick and easy, and installation was clean. I'm a little OCD about this kind of stuff and when contractors leave unclean edges of misalignment, it drives me crazy! The tech cleaned up after himself, and he was really polite. The only minor issue was the tech didn't know how to set up the charger with my phone; although, I believe Mike was his name, was quick to get me set up over the phone. It was really easy. Highly recommend them!
