I contacted Peter from Rising Sun for an electrical issue at my home. The outlets on 1 wall had stopped working for some reason and our fridge was one of the key appliances plugged into the outlets that stopped working so turnaround time was very important. I tried flipping the breakers to try to fix the problem myself but it didn't work.

Peter gave me a very reasonable estimate and his turnaround time was better than the other 2 electricians I had contacted. He was able to fix the problem in just 1 visit and did not charge me a cent over his original estimate!

Since then I have contacted him for a separate electrical issue and referred him to one of my family members. We have had great experiences using this company!

I would highly recommend Rising Sun for anyone needing a good electrician at a reasonable price!

We used Rising Sun a while back to install our new SPAN Sub Panel in the garage, eliminating and old out of date panel. Every tech that was at the house for the install was top notch and worked quickly and efficiently. I was referred to Peter through Home Depot while I was shopping for pricing to upgrade my home electrical panel from 100 amps to 200 amps. Peter was honest, patient, extremely friendly, and got things done.

Being a female, finding a technician for anything is always hard. Other men always try to nickel and dime me for things that don't necessarily require maintenance. Peter was honest from the start, he let me know the condition of the electrical wiring within the house and what could happen if I don't do so and so, but always let me know if it's really needed so I could weigh the options for myself.

Peter will be our family's electrician for our home and rental homes moving forward!

Peter is that person that you forget is not part of the family but becomes family intently; by his warm hearted candor! My husband and I purchased a weathered home that needs a ton of electrical work and he was so kind and thoughtful about explaining what should be fixed first and really took the time to get familiar with the bones of our house! We moved our electric panel and a extremely dangerous wire that was running from the house to our pool twasover 17 feet away! Our house still has a long way to go but Peter will be our first and only call for service and to feed him BBQ; when the COVID-19 crisis is over!
