We called Donald and he worked us in to his busy schedule and was able to troubleshoot it for us. We luckily saved his # from work he had done 6 or 7 years prior, which was a fairly large job including running electrical to three sheds, and numerous other projects. Rios and Burke were great all around! I pursued three quotes and they were not the lowest price, but they were very responsive, thorough, professional and reliable. If they stated a plan or schedule, they kept it to the plan. Even if random questions come up, they respond and don't make you feel bad for being curious or being thorough of your understanding of the process or layout of this big endeavor. We were first time homebuyers and we had full confidence in their knowledge of the laws and codes, but in also their ability to diagnose and problem solve issues with old homes. We hired them to add grounding to our house because we didn't have any grounded outlets, we also had them add an outlet for our dryer, and we had them replace our old panel and upgraded to a 200a panel. I would absolutely recommend them (and in fact have to a close friend) and have already hired them for another job and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a trustworthy electrician in the future.

I worked with Donald, and he was easy to work with. He swung by same day for an estimate for installing a NEMA 14-50 in my garage to charge my EV. Within a week, he returned to get the work done (which also included getting it permitted by the city).

We hired Burke to wire and install a backup generator and they were prompt and professional. They explained everything at every phase of the job and had my husband and I practice turning the generator on and off a few times each, as well as write down detailed notes for us and encouraged us to also take our own.
I highly recommend them to anyone considering work, or even just an inspection.
