Dave is really with it re installation of ring cameras. He is also knowledgeable of other brands. So helpful on our initial phone call, and even after installation. He returns texts without long waits. When he came to the house, he was very time efficient and very friendly.

I'm compelled to leave a review here to acknowledge the amazing service received. Everything from the initial phone call to post-service follow up text was smooth and professional. I'm glad to have scrolled through Yelp search and found Dave as my go-to tech for home security installation. I want to especially highlight:

1. Dave was courteous and responsive via text and whenever he's free to call in between jobs. Based on the photo assessment, Dave was able to provide a fair quote in a short turnaround. NO FEE for unnecessary house call.

2. Punctual and prompt service. Dave was able to fit in my appointment once he'd verified the equipment (2 floodlight cams + 1 spotlight cam) were ordered. He's obviously very knowledgeable and took a lot time to consult with us on our security needs before finishing the installation job in a timely manner.

3. The customer service was superb! Not only is Dave super friendly and respectful, he made sure we are confident in our home security and offered support even after the installation was completed. He stayed an extra 45 min to an hour to help resolving some non-installation issues that was outside the scope of work.

Overall, I highly recommend Dave to anybody who need a fast and reliable home security tech. I will definitely reach out to him again in the near future for my next upgrade!

We had Dave install both a Ring doorbell and Nest thermostat since we needed to update our home for safety and energy efficiency. He is so friendly and treated us with respect when he came by the house. His price is very reasonable and offered to answer questions anytime and gave me his number to reach out if we ever had problems. We may need to add more Ring cameras in the future for our backyard so we will definitely be calling when the need comes up.

Dave is amazing and extremely helpful but more importantly honest and someone that will treat you like a first time customer long after you've hired him to set up your Ring and/or Nest. I hired Dave to do a Ring and Nest install years ago and he did a stellar job for a great price. Over the last couple of years, I've had to do troubleshooting as both my Nest and Ring acted up being smart devices. When I reached out to Dave, he didn't take those calls as opportunities to squeeze me for extra dollars. Instead, he patiently walked me through different steps to see if I could fix it on my own without having to pay him or someone else to do a house call. He literally told me not to pay someone and just fix it since he knew it likely wasn't a big problem. It was a simple 5 minute fix and he also gave me good advice about what to do in the event that my Ring had run it's course, sending me photos and links to Amazon to get a replacement. Not sure if there's electricians that are honest and easy going like Dave. Highly recommend!

Wasted lots of my time by sending pictures of the work and incredible amount of texts. No quotes and after weeks I gave up. If they dont have the time to follow up they should close their business or tell people to move on. Sorry but customer service is really lacking.

Dave is phenomenal and I would definitely have him back for other projects. He came the same day I called him and gave up his lunchtime to come. He is a one-stop shop kind of guy and very well educated in all his crafts! I would recommend him to anyone. He fixed my doorbell button on the outside and replaced my doorbell chime on the inside which was old and no longer worker properly and he is a very timely guy, a mover and shaker, in and out, which I prefer to contractors that you think you're going to have dinner with because they've taken up most of your day. Great Guy!
