Dave installed a doorbell, 2 floodlights and a spotlight. He advised me on the components I needed, provided a reasonable cost and time estimate. Dave told me what he as going to do and then he did what he said he'd do.
The installation was flawless and I highly recommend him.

We wanted an expert on Ring products and are so happy we found The Ring Doorbell Installation Guy! We saw reviews for other tech installation companies with polite folks but without the necessary knowledge. We were also concerned with our ""old fashioned doorbell"" and whether we could upgrade to the latest technology. Dave had us send a few photos so he could confirm. Dave texted us their quote, info to download the Ring App and directions to have our WiFi name & password ready. We scheduled for the next day, Colton sent a reminder email and arrived promptly. Colton was polite, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Could't have asked for anything more! We highly recommend the Ring Guys.

What a professional experience we had with the Ring Doorbell Guy! He was punctual, efficient, and most importantly, knew EXACTLY what needed to be done to get our new Ring doorbell installed correctly THE FIRST TIME! My husband and I are very pleased with this product now because we were very close to throwing in the towel with all the malfunctions that had started occurring. Ring Doorbell Installation Guy is the Greatest!!!!
My husband and I had just purchased the Ring Pro Doorbell and Ring Floodlight Cam and we needed help getting it installed. We went through Hello Tech for installation service and after 3 different appointment with 3 different techs, none of them could get my doorbell working. It was so frustrating and my money and time that they wasted made us even more mad.  I found out later that Hello Tech is a 3rd party referral company that uses a mobile app like Uber and you really don't know who is going to show up at the door, it's a crap shoot.  I also learned that Hello Tech and the Geek Squad don't do electrical work and the Ring Pro requires a ""Doorbell Transformer upgrade"" to make it work correctly.
I decided to do further researching on Google and I found the Perfect Guy that specialized In Ring and is also an electrician. Made a phone call and they were able to get to me the same day. They installed a new 16v 30va doorbell transformer according to the Ring website spec sheets that I never read when I purchased it. Like I'm supposed to be smart enough to know what a doorbell transformer is lol! I just want my doorbell to finally work! They installed and setup up the Ring Pro and the Ring Floodlight cam for me. Went through all the major features of the app and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
Would highly recommend the Ring Guy if you want your installation done right the first time and avoid all the headaches and wasted time I spent working with a bunch of useless 3rd party referral companies.
