I've used them a few times. They do good work. It's electrical work, so it's always feels expensive because most of what your getting is behind the walls, but that's the nature of calling an electrician.

Riley Electric provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Bill who came out to provide the quote was so kind and understood all our needs and provided a fair market estimate. The main office provided great customer service and always answered all my questions and got back to me right away. The electrical tech team John and Eric that came out were EXCELLENT. John like myself has an eye for design and made sure the EMT installed for the carriage lights, ring, and garage door motor looked clean and hidden out of the way to where it would not be noticeable. Eric was so nice and informative and switched out our backyard lights quick but perfectly. It was a pleasure working with the entire company from start to finish and I will be using them again soon for additional electrical projects. WELL DONE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We needed a hanging lamp replaced in my entry way - way up high! Eric and John came out from Riley Electric on the day and time promised. They we friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. Definitely a great company we will use again!

My name is Dick Evans and live at 4111 Oak Hollow Rd. Claremont. Riley electric installed a panel upgrade to handle the increase power demand for a large swim spa. The electricians were amazing i.e. the work was completed in 1 & 1/2 days and without power for brief time. I can't say enough about the two young men : one was Justin and other Tom?) . They were very courteous ( always asked before using the restrooms or needing to enter the house. Their supervisor (Bill) was equally amazing i.e. able to figure out the best route for electrical line for the swim spa & overseeing the installation for any potential problems. I have some additional electrical needs and will be calling Riley Electric. respectfully submitted Dick Evans

The best at trouble shooting. I had a different electrician out in the past and he couldn't find the problem (wasted money). Then I called Riley and they figured it out and fixed the problem. This time when I lost power to my AC, Riley was the first place I called and one again, problem solved. Riley Electric will always be my go-to whenever I need an electrician. All their employees are exceptionally nice.

We had a electric panel that needed to be repair or replaced,
we got a referral from another business that they use Riley Electric so
I called their office and Bill Plowman returned my call. They're estimate was extremely reasonable so I chose them.
He sent John Maier out, so after explaining what was needed to fix
our panel I was convinced they were the team to use. John came out
a couple weeks later and had the repair completed in half the time then
estimated which was great. Riley Electric took care of everything from
getting Southern California Edison to turning off power to meter panel,
checking to make sure all was good.
John is extremely professional, knowledgeable plus explained what he
was doing. He's a very good representative of Riley Electric. As well is Bill Plowman.
Riley Electric will be our go repair service from now.

I was in search for an Electrician to get a fan figured out in my daughters bedroom. I had someone previously come out from another company who installed the fan but couldn't get it working, and didn't know who I could trust to get it done. I put a status out on Facebook looking for a reliable Electrician, and a family friend said to go with Riley Electric. Mark was the Electrician who came out, and worth every penny. He was able to figure out the wiring problem, got my daughters fan working, and even helped out with getting a switch to turn it on and off. He was honest, reliable, kind and trustworthy. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Called and spoke to Rick around 830am on 2/2/18 and explained my problem, he was able to give me an approximate estimate. I then spoke with Jasmine, who got me a same day appointment.
Needless to say, HANDS DOWN the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Rick, Jasmine, Don and the other guy who came out with Don, did a great job! Thank you RILEY for coming to our rescue!!
