Exceptional team! They Maintained communication throughout the entire process. They are able to come out and fix every light we have

My company replaced all our warehouse lighting with new fixtures back in 2019. A couple of the lights started going out in 2021 and the warranty was for 7years. When I reached out to Bill Plowman the sales rep, he wanted to charge us $1000 to replace the 2 fixtures that were under warranty. We decided not to do the work.
Apr.2024 -reached out to Bill Plowman to let him know we had 4 light fixtures out and just wanted to get the replacements but not have Riley Electric do the work. 3 weeks and a few emails later Bill never responded. Reach out to other people in the company and finally Bill responded requesting the model of the fixtures.
I responded with all the specifications provided to us during the sale. Bill responds ""can you take a picture of the label""?.
these fixtures are 40ft high and I don't have the equipment to get up there. I asked Bill if they could look up the information on the Bill of Sale? Bill responds ""we don't keep that information on file"". What kind of company does not keep information on what they sell to their customers?????? We haven't heard from Bill in over 4 months. Now i have 5 lights out and 2 are like strobe lights, feels like I'm working at a night club. I reached out to Bill again WITH NO RESPONSE FROM HIM.

The guys who came to work on our place were super rude. I think one of them was their worker named PEDRO who kept scaring my autistic son, even after I told him my son is sensitive to loud noises. He shrugged his shoulders and essentially said, ""oh well, nothing I can do."" I hope Riley electric doesn't promote ableism and anti-autistic sentiment within their business. I cannot ever recommend these guys to anyone for this reason and because of the mess they left inside my bedroom hallway. Poor customer service, SUPER RUDE employees (plural), and blatant ableism. Use other electricians, especially if you have autistic relatives or kids. Riley electric laughs at neurodivergent kids.

On time, friendly, explained service to be performed, gave accurate quote.
Completed Service timely.
Cleaned up after service.
Solved the problem.

My husband and I been wanting to put a nice review with this company. They are honest and dependable. They fixed our electrical problems and extremely nice. There cost was very reasonable too! They came in December busy time of year and thankful for coming to our home immediately. I would recommend there company to everyone.

Call them this morning because I had an outdoor outlet not functioning. Mark came out diagnosed it as my Christmas lights timer malfunctioning. Charge me the minimal one hour rate. I appreciate his promptness, professionalism and honest assessment of the problem.

This morning at 8am, I met John Maier of Riley Electric in Upland,

I had an electrical problem and call another company. They came out and told me all of the wiring had to be replaced at an extremely unbelievable cost. I told them I needed a second opinion My neighbor recommended Riley Electric. They were courteous and scheduled Mark for the next day. He came out on time, investigated and identified the problem. Mark completed the work in a couple of hours and all the wiring did not have to be replaced. I have never been happier with everything about a company than I am with Riley Electric. I'm sure they have other technicians but I must say Mark is a jewel.

I've used them a few times. They do good work. It's electrical work, so it's always feels expensive because most of what your getting is behind the walls, but that's the nature of calling an electrician.
I will likely call them again
