A very professional installer. Chris arrived when scheduled, he was very meticulous about the install of my dishwasher. He took his time, cleaned as he worked, and explained how to use my dishwasher before he left. Very pleased.

I purchased a dishwasher at Lowes on 2-15-2020. Unfortunately they contracted the installation to Rickman Services. Rickman called and arranged a date and time that we were both agreeable to. I received a confirmation TXT to ensure I would be home. 40Min past the installation time on 2-20-2020, the technician, Alaska, called and told me he was 5 min from me but he was going to install 3 toilets at another location instead and would ""maybe make it later in the evening"". Eventually he just sent a TXT that he wasn't going to come at all and would bring the dishwasher back to Lowes. Supposedly he returned the Dishwasher back to Lowes, but they CAN'T FIND IT! Lowes isn't much help either in correcting this, but that's another review. :)

Stay away from this company! We bought bathroom appliances at Lowe's and paid for installation. Lowe's uses this company for their installs. Thank god it comes with warranty because this company is very unprofessional. They installed a toilet wrong and they didn't like that they had to come back and re-did what they did wrong. My wife spoke to the owner on the phone and instead of apologizing she was rude to my wife. We will be calling Lowe's to file a complaint. We will never use this company again.

Lowe's sent one of Rikman's installers to put in a gas stove. His name was Aaron and he really raised the bar for installation services in today's world. We got to talking, and before he had even finished the job, he had sworn to get me into the Toadies show that night at Emo's. I thought he was full of crap, but this guy Aaron comes through. Not only did he get me in, he also introduced me to Zach Blair, who happened to be standing a few feet away. If you don't know than name, then you don't rock. Haha, don't take it personally. All's I'm saying is, I have had several people come to our house to fix stuff, install stuff, paint stuff, etc. If you asked me to name any of them, I'd say ""Gary?"" And 35% of the time I might even be right, but I am a certified Aaron's-business-card-carrying fool, and I never will hesitate to give him a ring. This dude is the man.

They were (are still?) the main installer for Lowe's on Hwy 249 @ Cypresswood. I bought a double oven from Lowe's (several years ago now) and needed the install performed. After a scheduling mishap of theirs, the lady that I spoke with on the phone who was supposedly a top person with the company was one of the most unprofessional and ""blame redirect"" phone conversations I've ever had. Every appliance I bought from Lowe's after that, I insisted on any installer EXCEPT Rikman. With leadership like that, I wouldn't want anyone who works for them on my property. After that, I heard numerous comments from others about their installers being unprofessional and shoddy workmanship issues. They'll never be on any property that I own.

This outfit was very unprofessional. When I spoke to the manager Brian it was obvious that customer service was not apart of the core values with in the organization. He kept cutting me off as if what I had to say was not important. He would not allow me to ask a question and was rude and dismissive. Communication was poor and he was condescending. Needless to say I went with another installer and had no issues.

Their guys showed up on a Saturday (when we'd all rather be doing something else). They did a great job installing a microwave from Lowes -- efficient, courteous and professional. Thank you Rikman Services ... Lowes made a good choice with your team as sub contractors. I will recommend you to others.

Absolutely not trustworthy. Changed installation appointment w/o notifying costumer causing a whole day wasted. Claimed called customer about change but customer electronic log registered no call. The call log was verified by Lowe's who did the right thing by changing out Rikman Service to another IMEMEDIATELY. WIll never use RIKMAN AGAIN!!!!!
