Definitely do not use them for electrical panel upgrades or electrical work. They upgraded my panel and my kitchen breakers keep tripping making my kitchen unusable. To make it worse, they have missed a few scheduled appointments to fix the problem. I have to drive hours to get to my house for scheduled appointments since I do not live here full time. So it's a huge waste of time when they don't show as expected and even worse that I cannot use my kitchen nor family friends and guests who come to use my home. And they use tape to cover up holes until the other team members can come and put the siding back.

Just horrible - I should have paid for the service after the installation was complete and working properly

I asked to speak to a manager or supervisors...I'm still on hold as I type this review.
We made an appointment with them for Sunday July 28th, between 2pm and 6pm.....they called to cancel on that same day.

We called for another appointment, they suggested Monday August 5th, between 2pm and 6pm they called to cancel on that same day as well.

We called for another appointment, they suggested Wednesday August 7th between 2Pm and 6pm
But on August 6th, they called my husband to let him know that they were coming to service our unit in 40 minutes, but I was not at home, I had gone out to run errans because I knew that they will be coming the following day , August 7th, between 2:00pm and 6:pm.

On Wednesday August 7th, the day of the appointment, Would you believe that they called at 5:30 PM to cancel, and had the nerve to suggest for another date?
I said nope, and I think I'll take this to the better business bureau.

I called Homedepot for AC tuneup and they connected me to RighTime. They were very responsive and told me that I could pick a 12 to 4 or a 6 to 9 window so I picked 12 to 4. Well, at 4:01, I called to see if they were on their way. The phone agent was very rude and told me that they give priority to unoperational units and since mine is working, the technician may be running late or I can book again for an emergency.? While I was on the call, the technician left me a voicemail telling me that they had emergencies so I'd need to reschedule to Wednesday. This is unacceptable.

So I called EZBreeze around 7 pm and he came over around 8:30 and took care of my AC.

I went to hone depot in hopes to get my air conditioner done since I hairless typically had good success with Home Depot and their service. Boy was I wrong. Home Depot uses Right Time Hesting and Air Conditioning out of Riverside. First off they are having major issues with their dispatch not sure if the are should staffed or simply incompetent.
Once my unit was installed I really did not use it until May of this year as we were experiencing some unusually hot temperatures. My air conditioner was not blowing very much cool air through the vents so I called to schedule an appointment. The guy came out (Daniel) who was nice and very professional however, he felt there might be a leak so he added a dye and suggested I run the unit everyday until the next tech came. Si I followed the instructions. The next technician was scheduled and was supposed to come in the morning. No call no show. I called the company and they assured me I was a priority and that the tech was coming. By 2pm, still no call no show I called again the assured me the tech Elias coming. By 4pm, I called again concerned they were going yo close they continued to assure me and said they were open until 7 and someone was "" definitely"" coming. By 7pm, no one called or showed. I called the next day to request service again. This time they showed up and the tech said he repaired the leak. I figured all was well, unit was blowing cold air, I should be good right? WRONG! Two days later I had to schedule yet another service and the tech (Miguel) came out and had to fill the system with freon (that's not it name anymore) indicating that the last tech neglected to do that. I also mentioned that the unit was making a clanking noise like an old jalopy and he said he would take care of the noise. So, I figure all us goid he made the air blow little cooler so I should be good right? WRONG! Another couple of days go by and I wanted to run the sir in the morning before I left and as I approached the thermostat, this smart device is now a dumb one and both that and the air are not working at all! I called in the morning and requested to speak with a leader in the company. I was promised a callback. By noon, I contacted Home Depot and this lovely girl named Karla felt badly for me and offered to stay on the line until she reached someone until she got me to "" Mike"" who shared my disappoint me and assured me that someone would be sent out for after 5 (I am a school teacher so I needed a late appointment. He assured me that he put that appointment timeframe in the notes. By 2pm I received a call from dispatch indicating that the tech would arrive at my home within 30 minutes.
Now I don't know about you but I am old school and I have a certain set of expectations and when the young lady said 20 minutes I told her thst I specifically said I could not have anyone come by until after 4pm. She apologized and assured me I would remain in rotation. I arrived at home at 3:45 and I called right time again and I got the woman I started the days journey with (Sheri) she was very apologetic and sent a message to dispatch yo confirm my appointment. I told her I still wanted to speak to a leader and she sent another message for a callback but I have NO expectation that I will ever receive one. At this point I am expecting a new unit thst actually works, has no leaks, and does not make sounds like the unit is a factory reject! I will never go through Home depot for this type of support and I plan to cancel my credit account and should I use another big hardware store for this type of purchase, I will make sure that the 3rd party contractor/vendor is NOT Righttime!
Keeping my fingers crossed on the new unit and successful resolve to this matter.

Still waiting (not patiently) for an itemized bill for work that was not completed as promised almost two weeks ago. They were quick to charge our credit card though. If you are trying to get a hold of these people, good luck. Definitely would not recommend.

My AC in my home went out the day before the huge heat wave (115F) started. I called around a few places to see who could make it out the fastest. It was a Friday afternoon and the soonest I Could find was Mon Morning until I called Home Depot who connected me with RighTime as a servicer. They told me they could be out the next day between 10am and 2pm. I canceled the Monday appointment with the other company.

Saturday came and I received no confirmation, so I called and they assured me I was on the list and good to go, and I would receive a call 30-45 min prior to them showing up. At 1:45 I still had heard nothing, so I called again. They said I was still good and that they would request an update from the field team.

2:37pm I received a text that my appointment was canceled due to being overbooked and to call to schedule a priority appointment.

I called back and expressed my frustration and was able to get a new appointment for the following day, Sunday 6-10pm. This time it would be a priority appointment.

Sunday comes, no confirmation so I call at 4pm. They assure me I am on the list and am priority and will receive a text 30-45 minutes out.

It is now 11:35pm, no text no call, no show. Now I have to call another company on the morning and wait several more days on a 112-115F heat wave with my children and pets and No AC because this shitty company can't be bothered.

I can understand a mistake. I understand being busy, but two days of canceling on a row with no communication is not OK. tomorrow I will be lodging a complaint with Home Depot. These people aren't reliable.

I had them come out for an a/c leak last year causing water damage to my ceiling. At that time they didn't change my insulation or repair the water damage tgat was done. Fast fwd 11 months leak in the same spot but worse. They came out said it wasn't the same thing supposedly. Instead they said I needed two gallons of refrigerant & dye which they didn't have in them. They scheduled and guaranteed they'd be out the next night. They didn't show up the next night meanwhile I have no a/c, they didn't replace the wet insulation and said they won't cover the drywall damage. I called when they canceled and they said I'll be the first apt. the next morning 8-12. Four phone calls in the morning to them no updates and on the 4ths call they said the tech called off sick. Come 3 I get a call a tech is on the way. Refrigerant & dye filled and told they'll be back in a week to check. Meanwhile still seems to be leaking, wet insulation and damaged drywall/ceiling a breeding ground for mold yet they did not replace or fix it.
I have pictures and will continue to monitor and expect for the insulation and drywall to be replaced as they are now putting me in danger leaving everything wet!
They didn't make me whole last year after canceling on me for an entire week and they aren't making me whole this time around either.
Why do I go to them again because I'm suppose to be under warranty

My unit was installed incorrectly and caused a leak. The pan that was supposed to catch the water was not put in the right place. Therefore, the water leaked through the attic into the garage. One of the technicians (Dario Velarde) was suppose to come today, but did not show. Customer service is bad, bad bad. Can't even talk to anyone on the phone. I suggest you don't use them. If so, use at your own risk.

Zero star if possible! Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time! I scheduled an appointment with them for technician to come out to take a look at my unit. No one showed up and no phone calls whatsoever! Called them the next day and they said their technician was running late so had to reschedule us for another time. The time frame for the second appointment was from 5-7pm, and no one showed up again! I called them at 7pm and the representative on the phone said the technician was on his way but running late. She said he would call me when he arrived. At 7:30pm, I call them again. This time the call was connected to a different person. He said my appointment was never assigned to any technician and asked to reschedule for the third time. After I explained to him what happened to my first 2 appointments and told him to cancel because this is extremely unprofessional, he simply replied ""OK"" without even apologizing. At 7:50pm, they called again and informed me that their technician just finished the job and he was 40 mins away! I am just speechless at this point because every time I called them, they were saying a completely different thing...looks like they have to get their story straight! What a bad experience!
