We have been with this company (under various names) for over 20 years. When it became Rightime the service level dropped dramatically. We pay $17 a month for a ""free"" AC and heating check twice a year. It's also supposed to get us service within 24 hours when we need it. The last straw happened yesterday. Two days ago I noticed a dripping noise from our furnace closet. I looked inside and found the drywall around the furnace to be wet. I called Rightime and they said they'd be out the next day. I took the day off of work and they never showed (I called three times throughout the day and was assured each time that they were coming). At about 11:30 pm they called to say they wouldn't be there. This is the third time this has happened with this company, so I called them and fired them! Their service is awful and all they could offer me for my trouble was two months of ""free"" service. Since I wasn't getting any service at all from they I didn't think that was such a bargain. If you're thinking about hiring Rightime I have three words of advice, ""DON'T DO IT!""

Requested a home visit for quote on new air conditioning system after speaking to Right Time Home Services Rep in Home Depot. By the way, she looked like a Home Depot person and was not visually identified as an employee of Right Time Home Services- I asked her, that's how I know who she worked for.

Since that time, based on all that I have read here and elsewhere, I will NOT even be speaking to these people. It infuriates me to think that an organization runs like this: less technically knowledgeable people are taken advantage of; and possibly, even having their systems sabotaged by whoever shows up to sell them something. Read the detailed reviews to see what I speak of. We really need to go back to the days of ""tar & feathering"" folks who conduct themselves accordingly.

Extremely happy with Rightime Home Services via. Home Depot Air Conditioning. The sales representative Bob was very professional and provided us with the system we wanted at a great price. The company's install time was amazingly fast (next day including the city permit!). The installers were awesome (w/heat wave attic) and accompanied me with all my picky requests. Andy Sr., Benny and Frankie all did a fantastic job and with great attitudes! One of the best home services we've ever experienced!!!

We had our Air Conditioner replaced a couple of weeks ago, wish I had checked reviews before going with them. We went through Costco, thinking that Costco would for sure only have reputable companies represent them. We found out different. The installers were great, only thing is they did not have the correct filters so they told us they would need to have them made to fit our air intake and they put these cheap filters in that are 4 inches to short allowing our new ducting to now get dusty. We have called the main office twice and was told that they had no record of our calls. Called the Sales person,, who did not answer and his voice mailbox was not setup. Highly disappointed. My advice - go with Hush Air

What a train wreck! Had Frank come to our home for new air conditioner and he wasted 90 minutes of our time! Gave us a verbal quote and no written quote, promised he would email it, never received it. Called the office and they would send it - never got it.
They are the worst and can't believe Home Depot use them for anything.

What a joke! Please stay away from this home-depot sanctioned partnered company! They are predators and saboteurs! They jeopardized my system in hopes I would call them back for a new one! Total scam!!!

The two gentlemen that came out where super polite and educated me on my hvac system. They took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel very satisfied! Great technicians
That where it ends! Everything the pulled off my hvac unit was worn out and needed replaced! And it added up quick!! A $12 part cost 150-189 bucks, and their pricing scheme is shady! Thankfully I was actually poor at the time, just looking for a hvac cleaning and a run down on how the system looked, bottom line I couldn't afford their device outside of what I initially thought I was getting.
When I told them I could afford it that's when the one guy got upset and started high pressure selling me. He was forceful in a demanding way that i couldn't wait! My Hvac won't last the summer if I don't address these issues! I kept saying sorry I don't have the money. They basically said ""fine"" screwed everything back together installed a new air filter and left! And in a hurry!
This was in may! I just recently within a month started running the hvac system and now have started to notice a lot of dust in my home! I've been sneezing a lot, my wife is having a hard time breathing so I thought it might be the hvac filter! After all it's been a month! Long story short, I opened up the system to replace the filter and there isn't even one in there! The guys seemed so over the top professional I didn't imagine I had to check their work! Especially for a air filter! Now I have a filthy HVAC system my duct work is blowing dust and I spent 6 hours cleaning up everything as best I could and all they wanna do for me is send out a new filter! Really!!! A $20 filter!!!!! Insulting! How about a full system cleaning to include my filthy ductwork that was inspected less than 2 years ago. Step up and realize our community sticks together over shady contractors like your company!

What a joke of a company... Their warranty service sucks... I called in on Wednesday 12 noon. My entire hallway was flooded do to AC. They said they were sending a technician that same day or on Thursday... Nobody called till Thursday 7pm Letting me know that they could have a technician at my home around 10pm or I can reschedule for Friday first call 8am to noon.. It's now 2pm and no call no technician.... They promise you great service but the truth is that there's no communication from their dispatch team.... I hope this gets to their upper management.. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Bcareful!

Disappointed with this company. I have a hard time writing this review because my husband and i really liked them at first. We had our unit installed by right time through home depot. We were having a lot of other work done at the same time and the only thing that went right, was right times installation. We were promised free services on the unit for a certain period of time. When we had our first cold night, we tried to turn in the heater, and it wouldn't work. Called them and they came right out. Turned out they had forgotten to turn on the gas at the time of the install. No big deal and quick response. Since then we've had nothing but problems with customer service. We've had the unit for 2 years, and though the unit works great, every service check up appointment we've had has been rescheduled to a later time, and then eventually canceled all by right time. And we always get the same reason ""were running behind on emergency calls and nobody is available"". Our time for free services and check ups has run out now without a single check up from right time. Today we had a service appointment that we scheduled a month ago, and are paying for the service to keep our unit working well. Once again I got the call stating ""we're so sorry but we're running behind today and won't be available for your appointed time slot. We will need to reschedule"". I'm really upset about this. I figured that they previously had canceled due to this just being a service checkup and that we weren't paying, so we were low on the ""need to do now"" list. Not an ok reason, but I'm willing to be understanding and forgive. Today I'm paying for their services and still get blown off. I really hope they either learn to better manage their time, or hire more service members. The customer service over the phone have always been kind, and the crew that installed, and even guy that came out to turn the gas on have all been great. But time management to actually service the unit and please your customer is horrible

Andy Jr. and Jose did a great job. Everyone was courteous and professional. We had some reservations about the original unit that was proposed so they put a different one in for us. So far, we are very happy with the Lennox system and Honeywell Thermostats that they installed. They would be given a five star if we had been contacted after completion to find out how things were running and if we were satisfied.

not even 1 star if I could.
They charged us $328 to replace the flushing mechanism of toilet. Convinced us to sign up for their maintenance program. Yes, I know what you're thinking, stupid!
We called them to check our Heating Air conditioning unit. Naturally the technician ""found a problem"" which set us back another $100. It was cold out, the heater worked fine.We never checked the AC.
By then I finally got wise to their practices and canceled the contract.

When it got hot, we turned on AC but the compressor did not make a peep. I just knew that the guy that supposedly ""fixed"" the circuit board when he checked the forced air unit had done something.
Sure enough, when I got a locally owned AC business to find out the problem with my compressor, he stated that a wire to the circuit board had been cut and the compressor was not getting any low voltage to start.

So much for the dishonest practices of this company!
