Right Way Electrical worked on three projects at my house in Windsor: Kitchen remodel, HVAC and On-Demand Water Heater upgrades and Master Bath remodel. Service was, every time, prompt, professional and reasonable. Francis alerted me that there would be two people onsite and they would be fully masked. They arrived on time, as scheduled, and got all the work completed in one day. I would hire Right Way again and recommend Right Way Electrical without reservation.

Francis was the electrician who our contractor hired to do all of the electrical work for our substantial kitchen remodel with new panel. He and his team were in and out of our home at regular intervals over the course of several months and we liked them a lot. A year after the kitchen was completed we needed to install three new ceiling fans and fix a bunch of outlets in the untouched older part of our house. We've never done this kind of thing before and had no idea about cost or feasibility.

I called Francis at Right Way and he called me back the following day, on a Saturday, to schedule the work. He told me the cost of each work item and gave me a heads up that he would be bringing an apprentice with him. The appointment was a few weeks out because Francis is busy, but we had time as we were managing other repairs and work as well.

Francis confirmed the appointment a couple of days ahead and made sure we were aware that he would have an apprentice. He arrived on time, as scheduled, and got all the work completed for a price that was exactly what he described up front. He provided an itemized receipt and we are so happy to have this work done!

We would hire Francis again and recommend him without hesitation. Bonus that he and his crew are nice people.

I met Francis in the parking lot of Home Depot. He gave me his card and said to call him anytime. I called him, no return phone call, I called him on his other phone line no return phone call and lastly I emailed him and no return email. I would not use Right Way Electrical as they don't return calls or emails. They are very very unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all.
