Trying to get an estimate for a total house rewire with a generator, and they kept cancelling the appointment date due to some emergency. Makes me wonder if I needed them to correct something after the work they did is done how long would it take for them to come fix it. Not a good look when you can't show up for a future client.

They charged us $59 to come out and tell us that the job would cost nearly $7000. We called two other companies for comparison. Both companies gave free quotes and said the job would cost $900 AT MOST. I don't know what kind of scam Right Touch is pulling, but charging more than 7 TIMES the price of a job is the worst. I will never be calling this company again and I highly recommend that no one else does until they learn to change their shady, dishonest, and downright greedy practices.

Had some power fluctuations. The office seemed very professional, and the technician was on time and also seemed very professional. However it was $264 just to do a diagnostic. The technician told me the problem was with the providers line and gave me a quote for a new box since it was pretty old. $5,000! So, after $264 without fixing anything, the technician left. The provider came out and told us there is no problem with their line.

Had someone else replace a few of the breakers and everything seems fine. Spent almost $300 on nothing.

Horrible!!! Chris took the front panel off of my breaker box (a first) and told me it needed replaced. When he replaced the cover, he only put 3 of 4 screws. He was very away. I saw him drop the screw from the top right then take the bottom left screw out to replace it. I waited until he was preparing to leave before I asked if he was going to replace it. He also went to the back of the house for no apparent reason. When he returned, he told me that the electric meter was pulling on the breaker box. When he took me to look, it was very apparent that the damage was just done. The area where the screw was pulled from the siding was fresh. All this for an estimate for 2 ballast replacements ($150-$300 job). He then told me that the repairs would be $1,102 and he would do the ballast replacement free. LOL REALLY!!!???

Wasn't happy with my service. ""Right Touch""...Mason and Sean re-wired my entire home. However, they got payment from me and after they were paid, they kept putting me off to finish the job. When it came time to call the inspector out, they didn't even show up to my home to meet the inspector. Instead the electricians spoke to the inspector on the phone. Who does that??? VERY disappointing after I took off work to be there. Also, the inspector ""FAILED"" the job and now ""Right Touch"" has to come back out and finish the job. Sean is Mason's supervisor and although they are nice...the quality of the work is not there. They made so many holes in my ceiling and sheetrock from bad measurements from plugs and switches, breaker box, which cost me more money to have the repairs done. BEWARE!!! They come into your home like gang busters to start the job...but they WILL keep putting you off to finish the job.

How is that TWO ""LICENSED ELECTRICIANS"" working on my home at the same time...and the work still FAILED BY THE CITY INSPECTOR.
I don't get it!! I even had plugs and switches up-side down...shouldn't that be in the manual ""electricians 101""??

All my bathroom electrical outlets didn't work so we were frustrated for a few months. Finally my husband gave me a list and their name was included. Sean is a clean cut, polite and very professional young man. He went through the usual steps and then went on to test individual outlets until he found the one that caused all the pain- a broken GFCI outlet. It took 2 hours but it got the job done. The price was moderate-high but it was worth it.

Right Touch was recommended on a local radio show. I had a problem with a circuit in my electrical box. Rueben came out and fixed the issue. A few months later I had the same issue. Rueben came back and fixed it again all at no charge. I will use no one else for my electric needs

Horrible company! I have just over 25 years in public service and even on my worst day have never set out to undermine or deceive anyone; it's not in my moral code. This company came out, tightened a screw, told me GE products were crap, tried to sell me a $3800.00 redo (snake oil) on a Breaker Box that was less than 6 years old, and they still left with $245 of my hard earned dollars.

Thank god for 2nd and 3rd opinions because they were both spot on. Narrowed it down to a faulty breaker or bad main. Pretty amazing what you can find by actually pulling breakers from the box and looking at them.

Needless to say the issue was resolved for under $30 dollars. If you value your hard earned money you'll find another company........

I had a tripping circuit breaker that I accidentally got bleach and water into and corroded a wire. Jonathan came out and fixed the problem. My husband also talked him into adding an extra plug for Christmas lights and got a few tips on wiring for the holidays. The price was reasonable and the service impeccable. Jonathan was terrific!! I will definitely use Right Touch again! This is a company that employs people of integrity.
