Hired Rodger for another job. Just like always, he went above and beyond. We had him install a ceiling fan in our dining room, and he rewired our bedroom fan on a whim that had crossed wires. I wanted to put in a 220v outlet for a clothes dryer. Rodger showed up, and immediately established a terrific rapport with me. He inspected my request and found I did not need any further work. That line was live and ready, and I didn't even know it. Then I asked him to review my breaker panels and water heater situations with me. He was a fountain of knowledge, very helpful. Because he had come for a quote only and did no hands-on work, he was not going to charge me. I paid him anyway for his time, because of his wisdom and ideas for future projects.

I wish I could've given them a good rating but unfortunately after several calls and emails they finally answered. They answered me by email and asked for pictures of my project. I sent them over six pictures and they set an appointment for the following Friday at 4 PM. They never showed up or called.

Roger was super helpful, friendly, and transparent as he solved my ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet problems. Here's the thing. Roger explained in detail how I had mis-wired the outlets and gave me tips for wiring them in the future. Roger was kind and friendly and clearly an expert in his field. Getting these outlets fixed before out-of-state company arrives for Christmas was a true godsend. Thank you Roger for your superior work and outstanding customer service!
