We had Right Connections to replace an old wire which brings power from main house to a detached garage. They responded to our call timely, and gave us a reasonable quote. They spent time to explain why extra work is needed (because the current building code no longer allows power lines to go across the air between roofs, so some underground/ under house wiring is needed), and did what they said will be done.

I minus 1 stars only because they could have the power line underground for 1 more yard then go straight up to the garage, but they had the cable came out from ground 1 yard early so they had to make a turn on the outside wall. However, that is only a look problem, not any safety issue. And the end result still falls in what we had agreed on beforehand.

We are overall happy with their service, and will likely to call them again if we ever need more service.

Hector, Raul and their incredibly friendly team were responsive, professional, thorough and by far the most qualified electricians that I engaged for a quote for my Tesla charger installation. They went above and beyond to accommodate, first they asked for a photo/video of the area i intended to install the charger. Although they gave me a quote via phone, Hector then drove to my house free of charge when there was a concern that the video that i took was unclear, because he wanted to ensure accuracy in fair quote he provided. When it comes to a complicated job like running wiring under my house from the main circuit box to where I wanted the charger, I was worried that there was potential unexpected extra charges...These guys were straight up from the start, and they delivered at the highest caliber and quality of work. I wish u could give them 6 stars!! Hire these guys!!

Scheduled an estimate in a 3 hour window. I was told the electrician would come by in the middle of that window. The electrician never showed up and called me well after the appointment time to inform me he fell behind doing other work and sorry he did not call. I am not sure why he could not at least call to let me know he was not going to make it on time.

Here is where things go from bad to worse: I was told he did not have time come by to do the estimate on the day and my written estimate would be $45. Of course this was never discussed when I set up the appointment. I question the practice of charging a client money for estimate of work as well. I told the electrician I really needed someone to come by on the day and apparently making an appointment is not worth anything.

I would recommend not doing business with this company.

I want to upgrade my Electrical Panel and install Tesla Wall connector. I talked to more than 15 electrician business on yelp and have 6 of them come over to estimate the job. Hector from Right Connections is one of them. Finally I choose Right Connection because Hector is humble and know what he's doing, he gave me different options and provided pros and cons. And their price is reasonable.

Hector and his team did a great job, I can't say enough great things about it. The are proactive and keep me posted of the progress, also extremely knowledge about all electrical problems. They are willing to go above and beyond to make things happen. I feel very lucky to choose them to do my job, I will be using them again I need an electrician.

I contacted Right Connections Electric via Yelp in the morning with my issue. They replied quickly and called to discuss my issue. They responded with a visit to my home within 30 minutes. Raul came and fixed my issue extremely quickly. All in, less than four hours from initial contact to completion. I realize every situation may be slightly different based on timing issue, but I would imagine the service would be the same from this group. Great service and I would highly recommend.

STOP AND READ! I review a lot of places and some earn a 5 star because they do what I paid them to do but this is a 5 star for literally saving me from a lot of other places that would have never been able to do what they did. First, Karina, the woman that returned my e-mail and contacted me to set up my appointment was very nice and understanding. I work business hours so we played phone tag for a few days but she kept returning my calls and I appreciated her patience. Then Raul arrived and I got out of his way. I didn't have electricity in my bedroom and he took him fixing an outlet in the spare bedroom to get my electricity back. He didn't just give up her did a nice round of troubleshooting before he found it, fixed it and was ready to go. The price was exactly what Karina said it was going to be and I WILL absolutely be passing on this company to any and all of my friends looking for an electrician. Please use this company, you can thank me later.

When we needed to add an outdoor plug for a jacuzzi, we contacted several electricians. We were told we had to upgrade to a 200 amp panel. Then, Hector from Right Connections Electric stopped by to provide an estimate.

He asked a lot of questions about our current and future electrical needs. He listened. Then, he said we did not need to upgrade our panel. That was great news because we were also interested in a rewire of our 1943 Gardena home--it still had sketchy 75 year old knob and tube wiring. Hector provided a detailed estimate--both for cost and the time it would take. We hired him to rewire our house and we could not be happier with the work he did.

He and his crew showed up on time, were super nice, cleaned up afterwards, and provided regular updates on the progress of the job. They are real pros. Their price was very competitive (especially for the high-quality work and customer service) and they stayed within budget and finished on time. If I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend their services.
